But when you get a open box, geek squad certified excellent means it’s been inspected and erased, in this case, and is ready to go. Nothing wrong with the one I purchase, but it came with the previous owner profiles, with was a little bit time consuming to erase. I purchased my PS4 during pandemic. I usually don’t purchase open box, but because game consoles are selling really fast, I decide to purchase as soon it became available online. It’s in perfect condition. No scratches or marks. It was just no erase, but like I say, it was my fault no to read the differences.
