Awesome great console. I'm a fan. Of course I was a previous PS4 launch console order. I got this and easily transferred everything from my old PS4 with an Ethernet cable. Very easy. And this didn't sound as noisy as the first gen PS4s. 4k looks amazing. I've been focused on mostly battlefield 1, and then uncharted 4. The HDR feature is great. You'll have to activate it on the certain port that you connect your PS4 pro to. As many have said, no 4k blu ray drive. That does kinda suck. but 4k content looks sharp on Netflix and YouTube. But neither those apps are hdr capable. I wish Best Buy had the official pro vertical stand, or licensed by Sony. Well I didn't get this at launch but much later. I don't know if there were vertical stands then. They are orderable on GameStop but no stock. There's some nutjobs on eBay and Amazon that just wants to sell these plastic PS4 pro stands for $90 dollars. Anywho I went with a 3rd party "Fastsnail" stand that works just as best and priced well. Asides from that I look forward to the true next gen 4k games coming in the years to come.

Had a basic ps4 before and didn’t play much. Have a ps4 pro now and play too much. Graphics are so much better

I am so glad that I upgraded to PS4. The graphics are stunning and the online experience has been so much fun.

I bought the Playstation 4 Pro console after a recent 4K TV purchase. The experience has been extremely positive so far. I've played a lot of different games on this system already, and the upgrade in visual quality is impressive. Also, the upgrade in Playstation VR game performance that the Pro offers is terrific and is a must for owners of the VR headset. Overall, this system is a worthy addition to the Playstation 4 hardware family. Highly recommended.

Was debating between this and the slim and definitely felt that the upgrade was worth it through and through.

ps4 is what the family wanted. Had play stations before. This has more memory so everyone should be pleased.

Amazing console, with great game selection. The 1TB of storage is a much needed improvement over the 500 GB.

Got this after selling my PS4 500gb model. I needed the 4K 60hz boost to match my tv and Just why not. It was (is?) on sale. So it upgraded my storage, gave me a new controller, and improved my graphics/load times. All around happy with this console.

I definitely recommend the PS4 Pro if you have a 4K tv, games look amazing if they’re enhanced for PS4 Pro.

I've had a PS3 in the past and struggled to get used to the controller over the keyboard that I'd used for years. Enter the PS4 along with the VR controls and the game play takes on a whole new experience. The system is fast and offers a lot of features that I will probably never use. That being said, the one thing I could do in my PS3 was play a Bluray and the PS4 doesn't ship with that ability. You have to purchase (free) app to play media on the PS4. I gave up making that work after 10 minutes and moved back to just a normal Bluray player. Also, another thing to note is that the unit prefers to go into "rest" mode when you power off, but that is not off. If you have power issues where you are, I recommend you power it off with that option instead of rest so you don't get the issues with it doing checks when it powers back on. Neither of the issues that I experience were enough to remove a star and I would recommend to someone else.

I had playstation 3 and upgraded to playstation 4 pro..I went with the pro for the 4k features...I like it

Great system overall. Nice upgrade from a launch PS4, 4k and HDR games look incredible! No more lag when hopping back and forth from a game to the home screen. Noticeable performance improvements as well! Can't wait to see what developers do to take advantage of the extra horsepower in the coming year or so!

PS4 pro is beast and it is excellent device for gaming. Performance of ps4 is too good and works with all type of games. So many games are available in market for ps4. Graphics and everything runs very smoothly. It works very well with ps vr bundle with amazing gaming experience.

I owned the original PS4 (batman Arkham Knight bundle), and have been debating on whether or not to buy the PS4 Pro. Finally I pulled the trigger and got one. Transferring data from old to new PS4 Pro is pretty painless; and the first thing I noticed is that everything is much sharper on the home screen (since PS4 Pro will run the homescreen at 2160p). On gaming, I'm currently playing God Of War. I tried the "prefer resolution" mode, but can't really tell the difference between that and being rendered at 1080p (and upscaled to 4k by the tv). However, when I chose "prefer performance", I'm seeing a very fluid animation for the game. This, to me, is worth the upgrade. Playing game at or close to 60fps makes a huge difference. So, all in all, I don't regret getting this device.

An excellent upgrade to an already excellent console. The extra hardware definitely improves frame rates.

Graphics are very smooth. Open world games are very common which create a need to play often to level up.

It’s my first PS. Have loved it and have already spent loads of hours playing games on it. Great clarity.
