It's really good so far, maybe my only ''but'' was the connection with internet, I never had an issue with any other console just with this one, but seems like it is a general problem with certain internet companies...I had to called to my internet provider to fix this.

This console is excellent, easy to use and the images are so clear. So it is a new gaming experience. The price is a little high.

It's a great upgrade to be able to stream and play games in 4k. Down side is there is no ultra hd blu ray.

I have both the PS4 pro and the Xbox one S. And honestly the PS4 pro is better when it comes to gaming performance. But the Xbox is good to for other reasons. If your looking for a gaming system that is quick and doesn't lag at the menu of the interface and even on games then the PS4 pro USB for you

The PS4 Pro is great but the overall transaction was a bit tedious. I think $95 was a very low trade in price for my old PS4 especially since I had put a 2 Tb drive in it. I asked if they would put the old HD in for me and give me my 2 TB drive and they said they couldn't. The whole process seemed to take longer than it needed to and I felt like just another customer. I would recommend that others use Best Buy but only because of the convenience of having a place to bring a broken machine back instead of mailing for warranty.

Honestly i have a gaming pc but i tend to play more console games and this ps4 pro version is not bad i like it just go buy it if you have the money and the new 4k hdr tvs like i do. BY THE WAY I PAINTED MINE CUZ I DO NOT LIKE THE BLACK COLOR SO I PAINTED WHITE AND ADDED SOME DECALS JUST BUY IT

If you like gaming and want more space this is the system to get. It has 4K capability and a whopping 1Tb drive. It dose not play UltraK movies but that is not my primary concern. There is no need to upgrade if you have a Ps4. I got it for the storage and gaming specs. Worth to buy for core gaming.

My son knew the PS5 was coming out soon but he decided to get this console regardless a few months ago at a good price. He likes his xbox just the same but knowing how hard it is to a PS 5 he is happy at least he has this one.

This PlayStation is the real deal. I played and had every PlayStation since and this is definitely by far the top of the systems. You can do all kinds of things from website searching to playing games to listen to music to whatever. Hands-down one of the best systems I've ever played.

My first PlayStation and I love it. Love the graphics with 4k features. Only issue would be that the ps4 pro doesn't allow 4k play with movies.

I sold my regular ps4 about a year ago to switch to PC but after seeing all the ps4 exclusives for 2017 I had to pick one up and looking at the 4k market price being okay at this point no better thing than to get a 4k capable system over the regular 1080p ps4. Do not regret this wonderful purchase.

Very happy with the graphics 4K very stable faster and smooth , only one thing I wanted was the ultra hd blu ray player but other than that awesome

I like the interface, looks, and graphics a bit better overall. Xbox One plays 4k discs, but I don't have a 4k set yet so that's no a biggie - yet.

Great for gaming, but there's too much complicated info to start and stop when using it for non gaming TV watching like Netflix and others.

The ps4 pro is a good upgrade from the regular PS4 but Sony did make a mistake not puting a Ultra HD Blu-ray player in it like the Xbox One S the reason I went with the pro and not the one s is because of the Playstation only titles.and i have been happy with the way it performs it would have been a bonus if it had the Ultra HD Blu-ray player in the Pro I think the reason why the one s is seals is doing pretty good is because of that Ultra HD Blu-ray

It is the best out there and you get 1tb storage. Only down side is not many selection of games. Also, some games need the ps Plus subscription.

It's not for everyone, with PS4 Pro almost certainly being overkill for those without a 4K TV installed, however, if you are already equipped for 2160p, HDR gaming, or plan to be very soon, then PlayStation 4 Pro is a must buy.

If you want better TV SPECS this helps The games look better and it runs way smoother

I don’t really notice a difference between this one and our older PS4 to be honest but i don’t play alot of different games to give a reliable review. I love playstation and they never disappoint. we started on ps1 playing tomb raider and the console just keeps getting better.
