Excellent graphics, super user friendly, all the bells and whistles a true gamer needs and could ask for

As we have all been quarantined, I tried for weeks to find a PS4 Pro and every retailer within 200 miles and every online retailer I checked were sold out. Got lucky and came across this "Open Box" PS4 Pro that claimed it was in excellent condition. When I got the product, it was very well wrapped and secured in the box. When removing the console, there was no plastic wrapping on the console itself and the console and the controller had dust/dirt in spots. This easily wiped off, so no big deal. The system has worked flawlessly since I've had it for about 2 weeks or so now. I've played through both God of War and Spiderman and the graphics are spectacular. If you can get your hands on a good open box version, don't hesitate. The price is great and every open box product I've bought fr Best Buy has been in great quality. Strongly recommend this!

i bought this as an upgrade from the original playstation 4 it is a much better system than the first ps4

Was debating on either just getting a new slim PS4 or a pro. Glad I went with the pro picture is amazing.

Not much to say other than it was a great deal. Makes games look better, even when paired with 1080p TV

The product is really good and easy to install. The clarity on the TV is also good if you have a HD tv.

If you have a 4K TV with HDR it’s worth the upgrade. COD, GTA and Wolfenstein are gorgeous in HDR.

I decided to purchase a PS4 Pro after buying a 4K TV & I have to admit it doesn’t disappoint. I would only recommend if you have a 4K TV or are planning on buying on in the future. It’s a amazing product. God Of War is a great game to test the graphics out on it.

So far loving the increase in graphic capability! Especially the 1 TB hardrive. More space means more games. Also using a 1080p smart tv with the gaming option creates an unforgettable experience when playing through story oriented games, as well as fps’. Amazing buy!

The PlayStation 4 Pro is a very powerful console. 4k gaming makes playing video games enjoyable again.

I wanted to replace my older model PS4 with the Pro for my 4K tv. This console did not disappoint at all. There are noticeable differences in textures between the 2 consoles in games like Dragon Quest 11. The loading time is improved and the extra storage is a GOD send.

This was a present for my son, the gamer. He loves it. The pro was a good choice over the regular PS4. Even though it's not backwards compatible (can't play PS3 games on it) the sharpness, speed, and storage are worth it.

Love the Ps4 Pro! I have owned a Ps4 and honestly for the extra 100 bucks or whatever it may be at the time of reading this, it's worth it. I bought this as a gift for someone to upgrade them from the regular Ps4. They seem to love it, with the 4K upgrade alone is a sale point on this particular machine! If you have to have a Ps4 make sure it is the Pro! If you are on the fence, I'm telling you now research and ownership has shown me that this is a great product! I do believe though honestly it is time for a massive price drop now that we have another generation of consoles approaching the market. That's my negative point on this, and honestly I think it's just a timing issue within the next month or two maybe a drop in price will come until then I say a bit too expensive.

Had owned a older ps4 but really wanted the newer PRO version with 4K. Honestly it’s a huge difference the gaming quality along with graphics is 100 times better . Best Buy in NB Was a good experience customer service was excellent. I would totally recommend going to this Best Buy

This was a replacement for a standard PS4 that started having hardware issues. The Pro is faster and has better graphics but ran into wifi issues where it would keep flipping between 2.4 and 5 GHz. This was annoying but relatively easy to fix by hard setting the frequency. The games that are optimized for the pro are amazing and for those that aren’t it adds a new dimension to the experience. Works way better with the Playstation VR than the base version

The PS4 Pro is a great gift for my son he loves it he said it is a bit faster that's the regular PS4.

I have the ps3 and now I have the ps4 pro because all the games I play sequels are now only on ps4. That is OK though because the ps4 pro helps the games play much more seamlessly. The over abundance of things you can do and the huge amount of hard drive space is only out done by the superb graphics and sound. Some complain that it does not have a 4k Blu-ray player in it but I am happy it doesn't, after all it is called playstation. The Blu-ray player it does have in it works great. The picture and sound is fantastic but I don't like to use the ps4 for movies on disc because it is just extra ware and tare on the hard drive. I will get a 4k Blu-ray player when there is more of a selection and prices are cheaper. If you are on the fence about buying the ps4 pro, then get off and go and buy it, you won't be sorry!!!!!
