Our Daughter and her boyfriend got us a VR game pack for PlayStation, we purchased the PlayStation 4 Pro and are having a Great time playing the system! Highly recommend PlayStation 4 Pro! The Virtual Reality games are very cool to play!

First time playstation buyer and I was pleased with the store and system, I got this just to play baseball games at first but evolved into other games from there and I would reccomend this for anyone it's good fun

I finally got tired of every time i start my xbox one, i have a 100 GB update or more and takes 8 hrs to complete, so i dont get to play. Bought this and have loved it (since i can come home and play, any updates now have been small in comparison)

This is a great upgrade from the standard PS4 if you have a big screen and/or UHD TV with HDR. I've seen improvements in a number of games in our home theater still running 1080P. In the case of a smaller, non-4K screen, I'm not so sure it would make sense to spend the extra money.

Excellent gaming console, as is usual from Sony PS4. Maybe I'm biased against other gaming consoles given that I have always been a Sony Playstation user, but this was a great purchase and great service form Best Buy.

I decided to buy my first PS from best buy because of the price, availability, and the fact that it was delivered to my door :) Everything went smooth, the package arrived before time and we having a great time using the console

I recently switched from the Day 1 PS4 to the Pro. I absolutely love the 4K upscaling for my PS4 games, it was impressive seeing details that I never saw before. I also love how quiet the fan is compared to that of the original PS4 that I got on launch day.

It was a good choice but have had some issues with it with the internet connection. But other than that great product

As an owner of both the XBox One as well, I have to say this is my go to go system. I don't know how to explain it, it just "feels" good. And I wish the GUI was slightly better, however, it is so much better than the Xbox Ones. That one is so complicated, it's frustrating.

Got a new 4k tv and had to see if it was better the the ps4. Couldnt really tell the differance when compared to the X

I purchased this Playstation 4 Pro Console for my teenage son. We already have another PS4 that we use, but he wanted the PS4 Pro. He plays it daily and has nothing but good things to say about it. We have not had one problem with it. I highly recommend!

This Playstation 4 Pro is amazing when paired with a good 4K tv. Don't cheap out on the Tv specs when looking for a gaming TV. Make sure the TV is capable of displaying good visuals and this PS4 Pro will deliver.

We bought this console mostly for games but it also doubles as our BluRay player. We watched BluRays on it for the first time last weekend and it's really good for that- so much so that I got rid of my other BluRay player since I don't need 2 of the same device.

Must buy if you own a 4k television. You get alil graphical enhancements over the standard system

Was thinking of getting one for a while and after I purchased I was very pleased with the console it was what I expected and Best Buy made my shopping experience a breeze.

Knowing now that the PS5 is estimated launching in 2020, I’d still buy this product to avoid firstly gen gaming console issues. Wish it had more backwards compatibility for PS3 games however tons of all time classic games in current gen.

I had been keeping an eye out for a video game system for quite some time. My wife and family all pitched in and got me this for a Christmas gift. Downloads are perfect and there's plenty of room on the hard drive. All the apps run rather quick as well. Netflix does not buffer.

We love the ps4 pro but thought it played 4k movies not just 4k games it doesn't that is it's only downfall so far
