Very easy ordering and pickup process. Was in and out of the store in 5 mins. Best Buy is the best place to use for all electrical and computer needs PS4 works perfectly, no issues.

Shell out that extra $100-150(depending on deals) for more power in the long run is a better investment in my opinion. It's logical but haters will say otherwise. If you own a regular PS4 already however, I would advise you to wait a little longer to see what happens.

Picked up the Pro model with God Of War. I bought a 4K HDR tv back in November when the XBox One X came out, I've been extremely happy with that system so the upgrade for my PS4 was a logical step. If you have an HDR screen, the Pro is worth every penny.

Ps4 pro is great. It performs as I expected to be.though I don't use 4k monitor.still great buy due to improved graphics power

Purchased this due to being shut in during COVID-19. Hadn't played video games jn a decade, but its been fun for me and the kids and helped with entertainment while sheltered in place. Just Dance is great for the kids!

It was rather difficult to make the jump to a pro seeing how a it wouldn't be beneficial without a 4k TV but the supersampling mode on the PS4 Pro really does 1080p TV's justice giving games (with the patches) to play games in 60 FPS and in true 1080p.

The first thing you’ll notice is the change in design when compared to the launch PS4. the curved edges that give the console a much more elegant look. PS4 Pro is more powerful then the prevues version, with a larger 1TB hard drive and support for both 4K and HDR video.

I have been an Xbox fan since the beginning but there were games I wanted to play on the PS4 that have not made their way over and may not. I am overall happy with the system but wish the interface was a bit more user friendly like the Xbox interface.

Picked this up along with a 4K TV and couldn't be happier. Playing through new games and old favorites with higher resolution and HDR has been great. Uncharted 4, Ratchet and Clank, and Wipeout Omega have provided some of the best showpieces for my new TV so far.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences while using my playstation 4 pro. Every time I get on and play call of duty I get a lot of friends yelling "get some" as they kill me, they all start laughing with me when they do this so I'm assuming it's a good thing.

Had to buy for my youngster due to his eldest hoarder the one bought when PS4 came out. To alleviate all the bickering, argueing,fighting, screaming, and yelling buying this other more than helped the crazy situation in my household.

This console is great only if you have a 4k T.V. or monitor since you won't see much of difference when having a regular screen.

I finally moved on to PS4. After setup and using for a few days, I wondered why I had held off for so long. Images are beautiful. Setup was a breeze. Onscreen menu is very clear and easy to follow. Entirely pleased with this new platform.

While this is a solid upgrade from the PlayStation 3 it seems they are complicating things as well. For example how many different logins does one need to have just to play a game. But maybe the most frustrating of all is now you have to pay to play online.

Easy to setup, controller lasts a long time on battery, graphics are gorgeous, and there are an endless number of apps such as Netflix and Hulu. Outstanding BluRay player. You don't need to be a video gamer to get the benefits of owning a PS4

For whatever the reason, these were sold out everywhere and I haven't upgraded since the PSP. I'm so happy to be back in the PS family again. Only downside is that internet connection to the Store is pretty wonky and doesn't work 1/3 of the time.

Very happy with my purchase so far. Life got busy and I hadn't played video games in years. After doing some research I chose the PS4 pro and couldn't be happier. I've cut the cord and use PSVue as well. Especially enjoying one device for all my entertainment needs.

Upgraded to the PRO from a launch console after purchasing my PSVR in October.. Glad I decided to after finding out how much more the VR has to offer when paired up with the PS Pro. Only going to be pleased when external HDD support arrives with update 4.5.. Game On!!

I bought this as an upgrade to my original PS4 launch system and I could tell the difference right away. This is an upgrade for the 4K and loading times alone along with the 5G bandwidth for WiFi that the original was lacking. Glad I finally picked this up!

Currently loving my PS4 Pro. Bought this item back in August 2018. Love everything from the look of the console to the controller to even the multitasking ability that you are able to do on the system. In short I am very happy with my purchase.
