Got my console when they said I would but the game I ordered at the same time was not they wanted me to pick up at the store and wasn't there when it was supposed to be and they wanted me to wait an extra week so I had to cancel the game order and go to Target to purchase it even though I paid for expedited shipping. Great to get the console quick but it is useless without a game.

Ps4 pro is an adequate upgrade to the original. This console allows for 4k and hdr display with up to 60fps. I love playing the new games on my Ps4 pro. Couldn't ask for better!

Got a console for the kids..... and I kept it. It’s too convenient. I can buy and download games from my couch. Play people across the globe! No wonder so many children are out of touch! Well anyway I enjoy the product

We've had this console for a couple of years now and have no complaints or issues. We've had every other console, pretty much, and usually after a few years of use some issue has come up but honestly, no complaints!

I’ve been thinking about buying one of these systems for a while to replace my 2nd ps3. Waited until Best Buy put it on sale & pulled the trigger on it along with the vr bundle.Only had it for a couple weeks,so far it’s great.

I had a PS4 for quite awhile, but the HDMI port went out. So I spent $90 to repair it. Then when it went out again, I decided to upgrade to the PS4 pro. Can't wait till the PS5 comes out now.

My PS4 was on the way out and I loved my PS4 exclusive games so I maxed the decision to get the PS4 Pro. It does everything the PS4 does but better. The only drawback is the lack of native 4K. It performs some visual tricks to get close, but it doesn’t quite get threre (it still looks good though). If native 4K is important to you, get an Xbox One X, but if you don’t care about that, the PS4 Pro is an excellent device.

the ps4 pro is a great system for gamers, the video output max is 4k but a 4k compatible TV is need to use these capabilities. You can still use standard definition to 1080p but if you don't have a 4k TV I recommend you just get the orginal ps4.

The first thing you notice is that you have more than enough space to download that new game without having to manage your storage. The next thing you notice is the improved game play and that's when you know that you've made the right decision

Has worked perfectly since I purchased it. I was able to download about 24ish games and miscellaneous add ons before needing to purchase an external hard drive.

Bought to compliment my PS4. My "old" PS4 served downstairs duty, while my "new" Pro is in my game room, attached to my 4K/HDR Samsung. Love the setup, visuals look great and got basically for free (best buy gift cards) through a S7 promotion .

I mainly game on PC but got a PS4 Pro for some console exclusives such as Bloodborne. To my surprise, even though Bloodborne is a Sony Japan game, it does not have a PS4 Pro patch! I wish they would support improvements on all games for PS4 Pro owners. You also do not get any kind of trial for PS+, which adds 60 dollars a year to your already expensive purchase. But beside all that, it's a pretty nice console. I think Sony has outdone Microsoft here this gen.

Playstation is beating Xbox 2 to 1 for a reason. Simply, it is a better system. Better exclusive games Like Spiderman, God of War and MLB. Seriously....no debate needed.

I bought this at the beginning of quarantine just cause I knew I’d be bored. This has singlehandedly made my quarantine so much more tolerable and I can’t wait to get the next gen console

The PlayStation 4 Pro is great if you have a 4K tv. Runs faster and smoother then just a ps4. In the system settings you can turn on “Boost mode” which allows the games that aren’t in 4K run at a faster frame rate which helps a lot.

Smooth gameplay and quiet as a mouse! The PS4 Pro is a beautiful system that matches most home entertainment centers. The gaming system is super quiet. After the initial setup, there is very little load time in between stages.

So far, I’ve had this console for about 2-3 weeks and its holding up pretty decent. I was indecisive at first because it was going to be a major transition for me between consoles, but i am glad imade the purchase. Worth the buy.

It's been years since I purchased a Playstation but I'm glad I did. I was a to set up my new account and connect with old friends and make new ones while gaming. Glad I got my Bestbuy card so it could happen.
