the console is great, works well, open box, no damage. I think it was overpriced as these are hard to find during the holidays. but the kids have to have Christmas

Went in undecided b/w xbox one and ps4, pro was on sale for 350 and one was 500, plus the pro had stepping up to match display or something, not sure what it was but ive been extremely happy with it so far

Excellent gaming platform with a magnificent 4K resolution and has great security systems and parental controls to limit kids and to make sure there playing Games that are non violent and fun.

Great upgrade if you have the money. Upgraded to a 4k tv and upgrade the ps4 to the pro and I believe its definitely worth it. If you don't have a 4k tv, I dont really see much how beneficial upgrading to the ps4 would be.

I wanted to get a family gift that everyone would enjoy with our new smart TV. From ages 6 to 23 they all have their own profiles and games they love playing on the PS 4 Pro. Great choice and worth the extra money.

My nephew has ps4 but was extremely excited about the quality of the picture on new ps4 pro.

The PS4 pro is much faster at start up. The games are faster to load and look much better. When we use the tv apps (Hulu, Netflix,etc.) you can tell the picture is much better as well. Over all very happy with this purchase.

I've had every Playstation since it's induction and I've loved every one. I also own an XBox One and it's great as well but I do love the playstation. They both have thier Pros and Cons but the PS is my number 1 choice.

Ps4 Pro is great if you own a 4k hdr tv. It will really make your games pop more and add details you have never noticed were there. It also enhances the PlayStation VR. I have noticed a much clearer and detailed image.

If you want the best playstation device and strongest system thus far you should definitely get this. Not only does it upgrade everything you know and love about ps4, it looks amazing. Almost like an ores cookie, it's awesome

Really happy with the ps4 pro, we used to have the regular ps4 and we felt the difference pretty quick. It runs the games better and it processes information way faster.

if your in a market for a new ps4 or just want to upgrade, this ps4 pro will absolutely be worth it. With 1TB hard drive you have an arsenal of games to buy not just on a hard copy but from the playstation store itself.

The games look better good frame rates but a little pricey for the small amount of graphical power

The PS4 Pro is great for gamers with a 4K tv looking to get the best graphical fidelity. While it looks fantastic and runs games better than the regular PS4, it’s not leaps and bounds better than the regular console. If you have the extra money and a 4K tv, it’s worth the money. Otherwise, I would recommend just getting the PS4 slim

Having had an Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox One S, the Play Station 4 Pro is by far the best console I've have the pleasure of using. I would recommend the Play Station Network over Xbox Live as well.

Not as good as the Xbox one X but for sure it's good. Fans of the PlayStation will love it

They always say happy wife happy life well in this case happy husband happy life my husband loves his PS4 upgraded to the pro he's even happier he has no complaints at all would recommend this for anybody that loves to game

I owned the original PS4 at launch and ended up selling it as my job took up my time. When I was ready to buy another system I considered waiting for the PS5 but am very happy with my purchase.
