My grandson begged me to get the PS4 So him and I could play Madden 2021 to have some bonding time.Glad I bought it.

This is arguably the best gaming console out right now especially for the price point. The PS4 interface blows away XBOX and seems to have much better active sales on games. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is a UHD player which destroys the ability for it to be the center of the entertainment center.

For those who want to know about this product everything online about it is true. It's an amazing upgrade for the ps4 & I haven't regretted the purchase not one bit.

Glad I made the choice to spend 50$ more for the pro when it was on sale. Awesome graphics. Easy setup. Can’t wait to see what the PS5.

Great console! My family plays on this every day, so much so we have a couple in our home, However I knocked a couple of stars off because we had to bring it in for a warranty repair as we kept having it crash even after following several online repair steps, but thank goodness for Best Buy’s extended warranty plan because after they determined it wasn’t repairable they swapped it out for a new one & unfortunately it wasn’t just a faulty system since this was our 2nd one to have the same problem & we learned the hard way of having to eat the cost of the 1st one breaking & not being covered so we were sure to have it covered the 2nd time around which really came in handy. Also my kids are all older & the console is up in a safe spot so it wasn’t something we were doing wrong.

If gaming is your jam, then this is the console to buy! Sony's focus on gaming and first party games is unparalleled in the industry. Go Pro or go home.

The upgraded ps4 allowing 4k graphics for games and movies

I never got the package. I ended up just buying it in store. Love the product. Customer service was excellent with fixing my shipping issue

No 4k player just 4k gaming. But if you don't have a 4k tv or monitor stick to the standard ps4 or buy a new TV it's 2019 come on now brother

Though the box was in poor condition, the product itself was in perfect condition and in working order. The buying process was quick, simple and easy.

Upgrade it for vr. I can't really tell the difference for TV, and won't buy a TV for all extra features. It does improve the experience with vr.

PS4 was the clear winner between it and Xbox. By far the best exclusive titles. PRO is an even better experience with visuals, etc.

Had to order it online and drive to pick it up all the way in aventura but it is so worth it, especially how I have the ps4 vr. Looks so much better

Had a PS4 that I was going to give to my nephew so purchased a new PS4 Pro. Do not have a 4k TV yet, but can see a difference in the games. System works great.

Difference with 4K is very visible and looks great

Play all of the Playstion 4 titles at 4k resolution at 60fps. This upgrade is a must have over the standard model.

I bought this one for a friend and he has enjoyed it from the very beginning. He was an Xbox guy until now. Plus now we can play the same games together.

It has always been my dream console. I have been playing it since I was a kid and I finally got my hands on one. Not disappointed one bit and worth every penny.

Best console in my opinion. PlayStation plus offers full games every month. It can be any where from 2-3 games. Can’t complain
