    I loved the PS4 pro. It works great. It’s quiet. And it also looks fantastic. But I did receive a broken controller in the box and when I got it replaced the new one was broken as well

    After buying a PlayStation 4 Slim the USB ports burnt out after a week of playing it. Best Buy made good on their warranty and gave me full refund to put towards a PlayStation 4 Pro and have been satisfied with the quality product.
