Although I purchased this in early 2019, I’m still using it. It never disappoint me in delivering high graphic content. I have been PC gamer all my life until i got this. I wanted to experience console and play station exclusively games and hence i made the switch. I’m not going to upgrade and buy ps5 anytime soon when you already have great machine. Additionally the play station plus membership is awesome. You pay $50-60 for a year (depending on holiday season if you get discounts) and get awesome 2-3 games for free every month for a year.

The most powerful console ever created!

Id suggest this console to any gamer that's serious about gaming and looking to purchase a 4k tv. As that where this really shines!

HDR vs 4K

If you have a real 4K then this is perfect. It's good to see consoles somewhat closing the huge gap between PC gaming.

Worth the upgrade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you already have a PS4 but want to get the most out of your games then it's worth the upgrade. Even if you don't have a 4K T.V. That's what I bought the system for. I play on a 1080p monitor and the added benefits are worth it to me. Even if I had a 4K set I would probably still choose the 1080p route just because games are smooth and sharper looking, not to mention more stable. When I do decide to upgrade to a better monitor I'll be able to take full advantage of the system and hopefully by that time developers will understand how to use the power of the system more. But with that said, I'm not taking full advantage of the system and I still love it. It's a more powerful version of the system we all know and love. Why not upgrade? Thanks for reading!

Overall this is a great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This system is quite powerful. Load times are much faster compared to original ps4. Make sure you do have a tv that is compatible with 4k/hdcp/hdr for full effect. Also note that the hdr feature is not a system based feature, the game itself dictates whether or not the system will broadcast 4k. The only complaint is that if I switch between hdmi ports while the ps4 pro is still on, then go back to the ps4 pro I experience a static screen. From the research I have done this is due to hdcp broadcasting through the hdmi. Make sure to use the supplied hdmi cable. Note this does not occurs while playing the pro. Only if inputs are switched. Overall this is a great console
