Had a PS4 since the day-one release. Decided to step up to match my 4k LG tv. Though this is early in the technology's life. The upgrade in quality and speeds have been very noticeable. I am very happy!

I use this for everything from Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu and gaming. You don’t need anything else to stream or play games. The graphics are amazing. The 1TB memory is the way to go.

As far as video games go the PS4 has many great exclusive titles. This is what makes it all worth it. While it is not the most powerful the games that it has are some that should not be missed. The Last of Us, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4, all amazing titles. If you are going to play these games you might as well play them at the best possible settings they can be played at. I have a gaming pc but have been playing this as of late due to the titles that you shouldn’t pass up. $399 while a lot of money is not much at all compared to a pc. So I would not pass this console up. If you love games then these are some that should not be missed.

At first I was hesitant about upgrading, but it was definitely worth it. Being able to stream in 1080p is good enough reason for someone that wants make videos for YouTube/Twitch. The added hardware power has decreased crashes (only experienced 1 and that was the game's server's fault for freezing.)

the PS4 Pro is great for single player and multiplayer games in 4K and a lot faster than the Xbox one x. Hands down the best console

My PS4 wore out. I compared the regular PS4 to the Pro. The pro is worth the extra money, in regards to the fact that you get twice as much power and HD storage for 1/3 of the cost of the regular PS4.

The kids love the PS4 Pro. We use it mainly for gaming, and it's definitely a step up from our previous XBox machine. The graphics and speed are excellent. This console is definitely "kid approved."

This was bought as an upgrade. Playing games on this puppy has been a new experience. More Power, better looks, more memory. An overall improvment on a fantastic system.

I only waited so long because I did not have a 4K TV. I took care of that and so far I am really enjoying it. The best thing, so far, is how long the controller lasts before needing to be charged. Maybe my old ones are just worn out.

The upgraded graphics are much more noticeable than I thought they would be. Haven't noticed a speed difference. Can't say for a 1080p, have only used it on 4k. Why not just make it a capable 4k player, Xbox found a way to do that. Like most, end of the day, if a person can afford it, it's worth the upgrade from the PS4. If you're just getting 1, definitely get the Pro.

The new PS4 Pro is a great upgrade! I just traded in my regular PS4 for the Pro and can definitely see the difference in speed. Loading times are much shorter and the extra storage is a must have!

I've got nothing but good things to say about my PS4 Pro outside of one small thing. I will say I almost went with xbox one s due to no 4K drive on PS4 Pro...but honestly, I haven't bought a single disc and all 4K viewing has been via Amazon or Netflix in streaming mode. I think sony made a good decision here. Games built for PS4 Pro look awesome and even the accelerator capability works well for non Pro native games. Only problem I had is some black screen drop outs when I configured for 4k and HDR. After doing some research online I found out if you drop the resolution down to whatever the setting is below full RGB, the drop outs stop. Since I did that I'm a happy camper.

I’ve had an X-box for years but really wanted to play the Spider-Man game that was only released on the PlayStation. The graphics are awesome, especially with my 4K tv.

Great graphics, love that you can buy games on the console, watch movies on the console, so many awesome games for it. The 1TB is definitely necessary. Definitely get the VR headset to go with it!

Great system as was the PS4 when I first got it. This is not a must have upgrade for those who already have a PS4 but if your looking to purchase your first one then go with this over the slim.

Bought this due to having a new 4k t.v. Didnt think it would look better than my other ps4 But it does. Graphics are great and paired with a sony t.v its fantastic.

I researched this product intensively before even considering a purchase, and most reviews said it wasn't enough of a step up to upgrade if you already have a ps4. While it doesn't take the huge leaps people were hoping for, it does improve enough of the little things to be worth a look. The biggest thing I observed is that it is noticably faster than the launch ps4. Games load quicker, which makes me happy. This is what the ps4 should have been at launch.

I decided to upgrade from my PS3 to the new PS4Pro . I was able to get one of the first ones at Best Buy on the day it was released. I have had this unit for about a month now. I am very happy with my purchase and am extremely pleased to report that it is much faster loading than the PS3 and has far greater graphics The Controller has a hookup for a 3.5 mm headphone hookup. This provides fantastic sound through standard headphones. also the sound itself when run through a video receiver is fantastic. It also is a blu-ray player and will play 3d movies on Blu-ray or through streaming if you have a 3d TV. It is a great product. It only plays 4K through straming, it is not a 4K DVD player.

Wow, what an amazing console. The 4K is beautiful and makes you feel in the game, and on top of that almost no lag when playing my game selection. I would highly recommend this to my friends.

Replaced my old ps4 with this for the 4k, it’s a huge difference I am glad I did Also I did overnight shipping with Best Buy and it arrived the next morning, during the pandemic no less. Whoever boxed it checked each item off and wrote thank you on the invoice. Was nice they double checked and cared enough thank me. Very happy with the product and how quickly they shipped
