If you have a 4K TV this is a must buy. Playing horizon zero dawn has been amazing. Best. Looking. Game. Ever.

Bought this as an upgrade for my husband. He has been very pleased with the graphics and performance.

Although I. Some games it’s not noticeable and you have to have a 4K tv, the graphics are impressive.

I love everything about my ps4 pro. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that there's no 4k blu ray player, Lil bit of a head scratcher for me and apparently a lot of people seeing as how Sony was the first to incorporate a console DVD player with the ps2 then a step up to Blu-ray with the ps3, it only seemed logical to keep going up and improving. There excuse is that people are moving towards streaming content in 4k rather than hard copies but no matter how well your connection is there might be a time where your movie just might lag or buffer and that just takes away from the experience. Only one way to go for 100% uninterrupted movies people and that's 4k hard copies.

My old ps4 was on its last leg, upgraded to pro. Love the graphics and speed of the machine.

The graphics are beautiful. The processor is faster. My only complaint is that my PS3 games are not compatible.

I'm an Xbox guy. I've expanded my horizon to PlayStation 4 so that I could play the great exclusives on the system. I picked up the PlayStation 4 Pro because I wanted to have the best that Sony had to offer. Definitely worth it to me. The machine looks great and plays great. Plenty of great games to enjoy. My only nitpick is that I despise the controllers, though that comes from years of playing with the Xbox controller layout.

Has clear cut graphics and great resolution. Comes with wireless controller and plenty of storage. Great buy!!

I got a 4k TV early 2017. I took advantage of the blackfriday sale and pick this up to try it out. I was planning on returning if there was a noticeable performance improvement. Well folks, I still have it and love it. It not only looks better it performs better. More efficient online gaming. Madden and COD WWII look great in in HDR format. Get you 1.

I was happy with my PS3, but wanted to try Playstation VR, so I waited for this Pro version to come out. I'd heard a little that the TV services stuff didn't work as well as the PS3, but that wasn't true for me. I actually like the PS4 better. I play a game or two, use the VR and watch some channels that I subscribe to. For these things, the PS4 is great. It's quite noticeably faster and the menu formats are pleasing. I'm very happy with this product.

Best Buy already sold me the original PS4, which broke in 4 months... They didn't help me out at all, even though the guy who sold it to me had his own PS4 break in the same way and they replaced his. He was half way thru exchanging mine when his manager came out and told me I would have to buy a new one. Let's not talk about the time Best Buy sold me an adapter for my Xbox 360 years ago with an electrical short inside the adapter which fried my AV chip inside to the point of melting within seconds of plugging in the adapter. They also told me to kick rocks that time as well. Only return for interest free financing.... Otherwise I wouldn't step foot in the place. Probably spent more money in replacing consoles than I would have in interest though. I wouldn't recommend buying consoles from this place....

I picked up the PS4 Pro specifically for the release of Ghost of Tsushima. Now I’m a big PC enthusiast but I’d definitely recommend the PS4 Pro to prospective console players. The exclusives have been top notch. God of War was a truly unique experience and Ghost of Tsushima is turning out the same. The 4k looks amazing on a HDR capable tv. And there was a price drop.
