Great product! It has great graphics and lots of storage for games!

I really enjoy the ps4 pro. Its fast and clean. Better game selection. I much prefer this system over others. It does seem to get hotter than I'm used to with other systems and it isn't as sleek as others but over all its a Great system.

The pro delivers on graphics. That's all I wanted it to do and it does so splendidly. The only reason I deduct one star is because the unit is extremely loud at times. Hopefully a software update can fix that. Otherwise highly recommended.

The PS4 has been a big hit with the whole family. My kids can connect with their friends online for gaming, and my wife and I enjoy the TV feature. Couldn't ask for much more.

Like my PS3 before it, the PS4 Pro is awesome. Graphics are top notch on my SHD 4K TV. Updates downloading in the background is an also upgrade to the PS3. The new features of the dualshok controllers are also welcome upgrades. I've never had to send it any of my Playstations for repair, while my friends with XBOXs seem to also be sending theirs in. Playing on my PS has led to a few of them changing to the PS platform from their XBOXs.

Best graphics on console... period, every game looks amazing on my 4K Bravia and on my gaming monitor

The PS4 Pro is an awesome and very powerful console! I would recommend it for those who do not currently own the regular PS4. I had a new 4k television, so it made sense for me to spend the extra money on the Pro model. I don't regret the extra cost at all. The graphics are beautiful and loading times are very fast. If you already have a PS4, I would not upgrade. I would wait it out for the future console that Playstation puts out.

I did a lot of research, back & forth between ps4 pro and xbox one. Finally seeing market prevalence and better games not just story but actual gameplay too. I decided to jump with ps4. I bought a Sony x900h 4k future proof gaming tv especially for ps4 pro version. To be true i checked my friend's ps4 and my pro console there's not much difference in details/ graphics for 100$ more. Moreover jet like fan noise is very annoying and there's . I am trying to take my mind of it while playing by increasing tv volume. which is helping so far. Since, i have been using it only for 15 days have to play more and observe the details for which i have been charged extra 100$ along with noise though lol. 3 star because i think price should be 60-75$ lower since ps5 is around the corner and with just 3-4 months pending release it's not fair to sell it at launch price. and within a year the price is going to get lower. Just because it's in demand during covid-19 everyone is selling at higher price. Have noticed sometimes slow menu and frame getting stuck during gamepaly of gta and hzd. At first i was not sure of wifi i checked speed multiple times which was at average of 50 mbps download and 11 mbps upload. I read reddit reviews which says this should be fine enough and now i have tried ethernet cable instead of wifi. Menu is now little smooth comparatively although to comment on gameplay i guess i have to play more to have a good review and not just 2-3 instances to blindly comment on it. I am not sure whether to return it or to buy geek squad accidental damage coverage and simply play more. @BestBuy or anyone, Any inputs on this would be helpful.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. He’s wanted one since they first came out. This is the top of the line gaming system from what I understand. Can’t wait for Christmas.

Waaaay better than the original ps4. If you want good looking games get the pro.

Great gaming system for all ages great graphics on most games and easy to set up

This is a great system with really great graphics being able to upscale games to 4K, but if you currently have a PS4 now and don't have a 4K TV with HDR, you might not see too much of a difference for the extra $150 from the regular PS4.

When Sony came out with PSVR, I was sold on the PlayStation experience, and I’m even happier with it then I thought I would be! The game library and exclusives are amazing, love VR, PS Plus membership is worth it, and the controllers are comfortable. As for the Pro, even without 4k (yet) I noticed a performance boost over my original PS4, and the machine is solidly made with nice finishing touches. Happy customer!

Came in looking to upgrade to the PRO, not knowing there were the 2 different versions. The HDR and the 4K. Salesmen that helped me knew the difference and was able to break it down for me on which I needed. Ended up with the 4K of course!! To go with my just recently purchased Sony 4K tv!! (Also bought here at my local BestBuy) overall great salesman that sold it to me and AMAZING product!!

Nice upgrade from the original PS4. Games looks amazing in 4k.

The PS4 Pro is nice, the only downside is it doesn't come with a 4K blue ray player like the Xbox One X. That just seems like Sony's way of coming out with new machine to have everyone upgrade. With that said good picture on my Samsung 75" QLED for the PS4 Pro enhanced games

Great performance and the quality is great! Ready for the ps5
