I bought this to deal with boredom of having to stay home for the social isolation, and now I can’t believe I didn’t pick this up years ago. Easy set up, and easy to do hardware upgrades. Great library of games available and the Boost feature is helpful. My only regret is not buying one of the limited edition packages when they were available.

No more deleting games. This has enough memory for my whole library. 4K looks awesome, too.

There's nothing really wrong with the PS4 Pro apart from the lack of an UltraHD 4K drive. It's faster than the OG PS4, it does 4k and HDR game and streaming content, and it makes PSVR work quite a bit better on particular games. If you want to experience Resident Evil 7 in VR, the Pro is almost an essential upgrade. But bottom line, if I wasn't both spending a bunch of Best Buy points and selling my OG PS4 to my best friend, I don't think this thing would have been worth full price as an upgrade. If you are just buying into the PS4 ecosystem and have any interest in VR though, this is a strong start for sure.

Great gaming system. Upgraded over the original launch PS4 and its miles ahead with load times. I do enjoy how easy it is to transfer you data or swap in an SSD drive

I have noticed a performance and graphical improvement over the regular PS4 when using PS VR.

I love video games and will play them until I get to old to play them. This console is way better than the original ps4. Smoother processing and 4K streaming. Please be aware that PS4 does not play 4K movies but it can stream them. The ps4 pro is a bit larger than the ps4 too but its solid and durable. $100 more for the ps4 Pro vs. Ps4 (regular). No brainer here. Yes get it.

Great updated version for the PS4. Seems faster and picture quality is excellent.

The PS4 was great on its own before the Pro premiered. However adding 4K graphics and other accelerated hardware really knocks this out of the park. Plus a bigger hard drive to boot (PS4 now supports external HDD as well!). I wouldn't say it is a must have if you currently own a PS4 but, if you have a 4K TV and want the higher resolution with compatible games as well as HDR this is a great choice.

My dat one PS4 finally died. It has seen a lot of use over the course of it's life. I was in need of a replacement and just couldn't pass up the great price on upgrading to the Pro system. Graphics are noticeably better and games seem to load faster. The addition of 5Ghz Wi-Fi connectivity is nice but unnecessary in my situation as I have mine hardwired. Overall I am pleased with the upgrade.

I bought a new 4K TV on Black Friday and needed to get a PS4 to go with it. Setup was easy and have played a few games. Love the extra details the PS4 Pro provides.

Well, i'm an older dude who games and have both the ps4 pro and xbox one. Both are great systems but i will admit i use the pro more then the xbox one. After 2 solid years of playing (maybe a few hours a day of less) it's still ticking. Never had problems , and now Im considering whether to get the new playstation 5 or keep the pro.

The PlayStation 4 is a great way to spend hours of entertainment. Between being able to stream online videos, movies and TV shows you can also download free games as well as paid games and find numerous ways to entertain yourself with those games. The 4K option also provides a higher quality of entertainment. I would recommend to everyone.

what a game system wouldn't trade in for the world.

More storage and better than the original ps4. The graphics are even better.
