Our Daughter and her boyfriend got us a VR game pack for PlayStation, we purchased the PlayStation 4 Pro and are having a Great time playing the system! Highly recommend PlayStation 4 Pro! The Virtual Reality games are very cool to play!

I finally got tired of every time i start my xbox one, i have a 100 GB update or more and takes 8 hrs to complete, so i dont get to play. Bought this and have loved it (since i can come home and play, any updates now have been small in comparison)

I recently switched from the Day 1 PS4 to the Pro. I absolutely love the 4K upscaling for my PS4 games, it was impressive seeing details that I never saw before. I also love how quiet the fan is compared to that of the original PS4 that I got on launch day.

Got a new 4k tv and had to see if it was better the the ps4. Couldnt really tell the differance when compared to the X

It was a good choice but have had some issues with it with the internet connection. But other than that great product

I purchased this Playstation 4 Pro Console for my teenage son. We already have another PS4 that we use, but he wanted the PS4 Pro. He plays it daily and has nothing but good things to say about it. We have not had one problem with it. I highly recommend!

Must buy if you own a 4k television. You get alil graphical enhancements over the standard system

I had been keeping an eye out for a video game system for quite some time. My wife and family all pitched in and got me this for a Christmas gift. Downloads are perfect and there's plenty of room on the hard drive. All the apps run rather quick as well. Netflix does not buffer.

Great gift for my son and grandkids. It has multiple purposes. Not just for playing games. The kids love playing together or individually. They use learning games and team games, watch movies. Money well spent.

First time playstation buyer and I was pleased with the store and system, I got this just to play baseball games at first but evolved into other games from there and I would reccomend this for anyone it's good fun

I decided to buy my first PS from best buy because of the price, availability, and the fact that it was delivered to my door :) Everything went smooth, the package arrived before time and we having a great time using the console

We bought this console mostly for games but it also doubles as our BluRay player. We watched BluRays on it for the first time last weekend and it's really good for that- so much so that I got rid of my other BluRay player since I don't need 2 of the same device.

Excellent gaming console, as is usual from Sony PS4. Maybe I'm biased against other gaming consoles given that I have always been a Sony Playstation user, but this was a great purchase and great service form Best Buy.

This is a great investment if you get a 4K tv and the VR system with it. Everybody who's played it on the big screen has loved it

I bought my PS4 Pro and LG 4K tic around the same time. When I first connected the game it had no video and it was not until I went online to find a fix. I had to adjust certain settings on my console before I was able to play it. Several people have reported the same. Since then it works but I do not think it is 4K because my Xbox One S and NVIDIA shield are 4K and there is a noticeable difference in the video quality. Apart from that my family is enjoying the console. Not sure whether that is a Sony problem or LG.

We love the ps4 pro but thought it played 4k movies not just 4k games it doesn't that is it's only downfall so far

Got this a few days after it came out. It does everything it said it would no more no less. So it has lived up to all my expectations:

I grew up with the first PlayStation and I have never looked back since. Sony PlayStation has always been a step up from Microsoft Xbox.

While it may be difficult to justify upgrading from a standard ps4 to the pro I believe the visual upgrades are noticeable enough to consider trading up. I was halfway through Ratchet & Clank and Uncharted 4 when I made the first. Both games benefited significantly following patches to take advantage of the extra power. A 4k bluray player would have made this a 5 star for sure. Also think Sony should have considered upping the specs more given that scorpio coming out 2017 such a major upgrade from original xbox one.
