Great for the Pro Gamer

It is used daily and also travels with my son when he competes. Very durable and capable of handling a lot of data.

We recently upgraded our TV and receiver so we figured we'd get our hands on this as well. 4k video streaming is ok. But I believe the real magic happens when you are able to see HDR content. That being said, you don't really need this system to see HDR video. I believe all PS4s are going to support HDR. I would only recommend this system if you have disposable income. It's not a necessary upgrade, yet.

Held Up So Far

I jumped off the “next-gen, graphics enhanced” etc etc train awhile ago. This gets the job done even with current titles. Only downside is that as games become more and more enhanced and geared toward next-gen graphics - the frame rate drops a bit and lags. Overall, super satisfied. Just wish the controller was more like the Xbox.

Great Addition

I do not regret this purchase as it is great at not only HDR gaming, but upscales other games perfectly. A great purchase

Upgraded to a 4k tv and upgrade the ps4 to the pro and I believe its definitely worth it. If you don't have a 4k tv, I dont really see much how beneficial upgrading to the ps4 would be.

much faster and better picture

When we use the tv apps (Hulu, Netflix,etc.) you can tell the picture is much better as well. Over all very happy with this purchase.

From ages 6 to 23 they all have their own profiles and games they love playing on the PS 4 Pro. Great choice and worth the extra money.
