Takes hours to download games but really good graphics.

I purchased the Playstation 4 Pro to replace my Playstation 4 which had a broken disc drive. The console is slightly bigger than my first generation PS4, and I am not particularly impressed with the form factor. The Pro advertises better performance which is only achieved by select few games. A recent patch does provide the system's extra RAM to smooth out the performance of games not on this select list, but I have found these improvements to be inconsistent between games and rarely noticeable. What is noticeable is that the console runs much quieter. However, after long sessions the back of the console runs very hot (even if it is just streaming Netflix) which I have found to cause connection problems with the HDMI output. (I store the console in an entertainment center constructed from heavy wood with approximately an inch of clearance on each side and above the system. I removed the back wall of the entertainment system for venting). I did not have this problem with the first generation PS4.

I was skeptical about buying this. Because my old ps4 worked just fine. But the Black Friday sale got me. Made my qled look too good. Pumped for this.

I really like the 1 terabyte memory and the different style name shape

My boys love it over the Xbox console...Perfect for playing Fornite and other games like Fortnite and this other game that they love to play called Fornite 24/7!!!

Easy to hook-up and works as expected. Since I’m new to gaming, I really can’t rate the Dual Shock controller. Haven’t used the other capabilities yet.

This product was great!! Would definitely buy if you have a 4K TV!!

This isn't a necessary buy if you already have a PS4 but lack a 4K tv. On the other hand, if you DO have a 4K tv that can take advantage of HDR then you get an amazing visual upgrade.

Got a new Sony x900f so I needed a PS4 with 4k and HDR. Welcome the extra memory but overall, the same as a PS4 but with a different look and 4k and HDR capability.

So much fun!!! It love that I can use it to play multimedia and connect with my Hulu, Netflix apps. The video quality is great.

Better performance than old ps4 console, especially using with ps vr.

PS4 pro is awesome. The condition of the product and the curbside pickup were very useful and quick.

Shipped quickly in plenty of time for Xmas gift. My son has played it quite a bit since he 26th and LOVES it. Easy set up easy use.

Only complaint I have is if you want to play muti player online you have to purchase PlayStation plus account and pay monthly. That to me is bull.... Besides that is a great machine.

While the hardware is about to become last gen, it's the vast collection of incredible games that makes the PS4 worth a buy even today.

Sony has always done such a amazing job with there system but this one blows all the other system out of the water great job Sony u will always be the best game system out there

Picked up a PS4 pro while browsing X1 games. Using it mainly for playstation Vue. Cut cable out and am saving 60-70 a month. Well worth it. Might buy some games for it eventually.
