If you have a PS4 and are satisfied, this isn't worth it. Graphically, the upgrade is negligible. However, once developers get a grasp on the console there may be more noticeable differences, as of now not worth it. Especially lacking a 4K player

If you don't have a 4k TV with HDR, you won't get most of this machine. You would be better off not getting the PRO version. Despite the cost, there is no 4k Blu-ray player. Instead it "upscale" the video but I couldn't notice a difference.

Great machine, but to be honest, don't really see a big difference in the graphics. But I do enjoy the larger disk space and the eject and power buttons being on different sides to prevent confusion. Overall worth the money in my opinion.

Love Sony playstations. Unfortunately Best Buy didn’t require a signature on delivery so the PlayStation Console never made it to my house but after days of calling and asking for status updates on the whereabouts of my package Best Buy sent out another one. The new package had the wrong address on it due to Best Buy’s employee not understanding me on the phone so the new one hasn’t made it to my house yet either but fingers crossed. When shopping at Bust Buy I recommend going in the store and not purchasing online.

Own Xbox one s for 4K blu ray , disappointed that Pro doesn't have that feature and focused more online streaming which causes consumer to pay more on monthly basis ! Hopefully the great game lineup display will make up for this

This PlayStation seems to have trouble connecting to my WiFi network. I ended up hardwiring into my router and solved the issue, although connecting via WiFi would have been nice.

My PS4 Pro console keeps crashing on me while doing normal browsing.. It crashed last night when trying to watch a trailer for a game I was looking to purchase. Controller unresponsive, console unresponsive, I actually have to unplug the power cord!! And this has happened now 3x since I got it less than a month ago!!! Best Buy may have sold me a bad console.. prob some refurbished crap? Love it when it works tho, hence the couple stars I gave this review.

This console is okay. Disappointed due to the 4K movie aspect. But the gaming was okay. I've been a playstation fan for a while and was just looking forward to the sony PS4 PRO and it didnt live up to the hype.

i brought this for my son, i used to love play station but my son who is old enough to play, played it for 2 weeks and left it alone for while didnt even touch it and he has lots of games to choose from

Great system. The only thing I don't like about it is it's not a 4k player as well just a 4k gaming system. So I had to buy the 4k player seperate.

Purchased on Black Friday and already had to send it in for service maintenance. Power doesn't stay on. Pretty disappointed that I haven't even owned it for 6 months and already there's an issue.

If you already have a ps4 no need to upgrade to the pro. If you are looking for storage space buy a hybrid laptop hard drive and swap it. System is great but not every 4k tv/monitor is compatible

bought it as an upgrade to my old ps4 1st generation. the only problem is that it always loses internet connection. i didnt have problems with internet on my old ps4

I could not log onto my PSN and had to make a new account. I did go to PSN for help but the site was no help. It was NOT clear that the 4k play station does not play 4k movies.

We bought the pro thinking it would look way better etc... However, after having it over a month I would suggest that there is no clear advantage over the regular PS4.

Overall love the storage capability of this console, but have had 3 unknown cause system crashes within the first two weeks. Still would recommend

Return to Apple for replacement.Its kept turning off with a frozen timer setting.The phone was difficult to turn on and it recommended technical services on the message.

This worked great for about a month and a half. Now it won't load properly, it loads the game is so slowly and makes the game to choppy to even play, it was a waste of $400.

This is specific to the PS4 pro. It's fine... not needed imo. Just get the slim. Most games don't have a need for the pro and don't benefit from it. Hopefully that changes soon.

At least every other week, I have issues with this system...from green screen to not displaying to reboot n etc..Sony did not implement this system well at all..seem so rushed
