If Wi-Fi didn't break it's be wonderful, sending to sony to get fixed 7-10 business days...

Bought this for myself as treat for birthday and want to play ghosts of tsushima game which is on this console only. Game comes out on 7/17. Preordered game, had to wait to order ps4 as it is sold out in my area within 250miles. Waited and ordered when it became available, picked up ps4 w/protection plan on 7/10 and spiderman game to play till ghosts release. On 3rd day of ownership PS4 pixelated Example here https://youtu.be/VIJKSQ13KLw and after trying all methods to fix, had to go for an exchange. No way to exchange as its sold out again. Money refunded, now waiting to order myself when it becomes available AGAIN. Which it wont be in time for game that was ONLY reason I got PS4 in first place. I'll have two games and no console. Happy Birthday to me. This sucks

Not a big difference from the regular ps4 It doesn't have a 4k player I should. It cost 400

I read all the reviews and wanted to give Sony a chance. Man, was this a mistake!! Does not work properly no matter what you do! I have all the latest Sony products (4K HDR Bravia, 4K Sony Amp/Receiver that runs my surround sound) and the PS4 Pro will NOT work properly to get a signal no matter how you have the 4K HDMI cables running. I tired directly to the correct HDMI port on the Receiver...no luck. I tired directly to the correct HDMI port on the TV...no luck. They only way to get a signal is to turn the PS4 Pro on, then unplug the HDMI cord from the back of the unit and then plug it back in every time you want to use. It's dumb. I know how to set up all kinds of Audio/Video stuff. I have been doing this for like 20 years and the technology has changed. I have never been so disappointed in Sony, ever! I am in the process of doing a full erase on the PS4 Pro and heading back to Best Buy to return. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK of a PRODUCT!!

Reading speed is very slow. Sometimes it doesn't read games.

I, personally, have about the best experience with any Sony product and whichever company stemming from it. I purchased my PS4 on 11/11/2016 at just 6:40 p.m eastern time. And man, I've never been happier. Firstly, If you do not already own the system, it's a sufficient buy. With even more to offer at just $400. Nothing more, nothing less. Expect only the best experience. Secondly, the moment I plugged the HDMI into my Sony Bravia 48" 1080p TV, I could feel the generated love as it purred to life with one push of the power button. I love it's design, although it is heavy, easy to plug in. I stopped at Mega Replay for a game, my first, Life is strange from Square Enix producers. During gameplay, the PS4 Pro kept quiet, after question after question with Best Buy community I only expected it to sound like a noisy box fan in the corner of my room, but thankfully not. After gameplay of a recorded 4 hours worth, it was hot. The back fans inside of the unit were working hard to cool it down, but the system felt like a giant lava rock. If you fear overheating, I suggest getting that $50 or extra 2 yr warrant they offer with your purchase. Additionally, with the new exclusives and exciting games coming out over the next few years, I got it. Now to wrap this up, I noticed that even at 1080p it does wonderfully as far as frame rate and graphics go. However, it is not noticeable as others say. I've never owned a PS4 so if what they say is true, and you already own a console, I suggest NOT upgrading...although the 1 TB is quite the deal. If you are a new owner though, and stuck in decision, this is your last chance before their console developments shut down or get higher, buy this console for just $400 and you'll be just as impressed as I was and still am. Guaranteed. ;)

Less than a month ! Software issue due to electrical shutdown during a storm resulted the PS4 was not operational right after ! We tried the troubleshooting as indicated in YouTube but it was in vain! Now I had to leave it for a replacement through geek squad Best Buy o cannot trust this process ! As one week now there on no update after we left the item at your location in Canton! Unable to reach your customer service by phone I was on hold for 1h 45 minutes in vain again

A better network card would be nice my ps3 has 15 times the connection speed
