We purchased this playstation for Christmas and have had issues starting in February. Of course it is no longer returnable!! The game freezes constantly and says it has no internet connection. It does this for several minutes multiple times a day. It will reconnect after several minutes, but boots us out of the game we are playing at the time. We have really good internet, so it is something to do with the playstation itself. Highly dissatisfied after spending this much money!

Sony did an excellent job with the PS4 Pro. Videos on the internet don't do it justice for just how much better the graphics look. For the price of this console, it exceeeded my expectations. The games that support the Pro are noticeably better. They may not run in native 4K, but there are boosts to the resolution and frame rate. Textures also look much better. If you have a 4K tv, this is a great opportunity to show it off a bit. 1080p tv owners will still benefit from better visuals due to super sampling. I cannot say enough good things about how much better the enhanced visuals are. If you have the extra money on hand and are deciding between the PS4 and PS4 Pro, get the Pro and future-proof yourself.

I purchase the item with opened box condition and it looked very un acceptable. I do not like the item and return it as soon as I have time. If You want to buy i the brand new one.

I bought it on January 22nd 2019. Today is July 25th 2019. PS4 is already gone. I have probably around 70 hours of gameplay only since i barely play. I always turn it off properly and this thing is gone. Blinking blue light and nothing to display. I have tryalread pressing the power button for about 7 seconds till 2nd beep amd it wont go to safe mode to reset it.

I have a Vizio TV M70-E3 released summer 2017. I spend hours trying to configure the PS4 Pro in order to make it output a 4k signal. It was impossible. I returned the console because I already have a PS4.

this new version of ps4 pro I like but the only thing that I do not like is that you have to wait a lot and also install them game that occupies the memory that I do not like

Very disappointed not only in this item but also with myself for not purchasing a warranty plan. I will not make the mistake again. After only a week of having the system it completely stopped working. It would turn on, but never load stating there was an internal error. After contacting playstation and trying everything they said to do it still didn't work. Because I didn't purchase a warranty I was left with a piece of junk.

I bought this because I thought it would play 4k movies besides games. While it is ok, it's not worth so much money. I should have got an x box and 4 k player instead.

Didn't last a year due to laser being unable to read disc. Of all the Playstation 4s the pro is unfortunately the most poor designed great machine when it is running properly but that hardly happens most of the time. So yes you get a bigger hard drive but bc of design flaws when the first part goes out you have to take the whole system apart to get to it. Not worth the repair cost.

I've had it a little over a month & the wireless went out on it had to hook up wired connection, so far it's been ok since cable hook up

Why would you make a 4K compatible gaming console with no ability to watch 4K movie discs? Seems like Sony rushed this concept to market without thinking it through.

I received it on 12/10/2020, Unpacked it, hooked it up. Setup was running smoothly, up until it went online to do a out-the-box update, then it crashed with error code (CE-34335-8), I then researched the issue code via internet, found out it is a Harddrive problem that has been happening with the PS4's. I shipped it back for a refund ASAP. My refund was quick only took 11 days.

Here I am anxious to receive my PS4 Pro, y set it up turn it on, I was starting to set it up, and to my surprise, it gave me an error code SU-42118-6 which is a manufacturing problem with the optical drive. And there's no work around it. Call customer service and after a long waiting period, they couldn't give a viable option for an exchange or a return. So now I'm dealing with Sony directly.

I’m not happy with it’s dualshock the x and o button sometimes gets stucks and otherwise everything is good except the DualShock not happy with it

After less than a month of buying this console it stopped working bought it brand new and now my only option is to exchange it for a refurbished model what a slap on the face for the consumer from Best Buy and Sony.

Item was previously opened store out back in shelf. Did not work. Very disappointed they allowed this to happen

Worked great for the warranty period and then died after the warranty expired.

I’ve had this PS4 pro for a little over a month. Since then I’ve probably have played it for 2 hours total. Part of the reason is because I’ve had to restart the entire system 2 times and it takes 64 hours to download a game. So that’s what I’m doing right now! Waiting till Monday maybe if it is ready to play again! So far BAD PURCHASE!!!
