Only thing different is 4k hd. Very disappointed considering new ones are being released.

My new ps4 pro, takes more than 1 minute to turn on, doesn't accept any CD...gaming feels not so good. It doesnt work properly...thats SAD! Im from brazil, best buy said that couldn't do anything, and to reach Sony. I have to travel again to US, to send the ps4 to Sony...wait 15 days...to give me the ps4 working. Hope can make this this year !!

The controller buttons are sticking already in 30 days since purchased

do not buy, known issue that sony is avoiding... after so long of the system being on it will start to power off only last 45 seconds and power off and rinse and repeat no matter what steps you do. when you call sony they will deny the problem, do not waste your money side by side will show the games are not being scaled to 4k native like promised.

It says pro but I see no difference in quality compared to the regular ps4 console. Putting pro next the name and claiming it is more advanced than the regular ps4 is a lie to squeeze more money out of the same product. Dont fall for this gimmick!!!

purchased for my child for doing great in school and passing. She didn't like it as she is not a gamer. Too much money and doesn't come with any games. Everything is an extra charge. Associate advised a ps5 coming out in Dec for same amount I paid for this one.

For being a 4K system I’d rather play my Xbox since the Xbox one X is a true 4K system the PS4 pro only upscales I’m hoping they either improve the pro or when the ps5 comes out that they improve it drastically because I’ve kind of lost faith in Sony

I'm a true gamer. I've been gaming since I had the ability to game. The ps4 pro is amazing for GAMERS. It is 2 to 3 times the power of the normal ps4 and it's only 399! It's only 100 dollars more then the normal ps4 (slim) and for those who are upset about it not having a 4K Blu Ray movie player built in....I get it...but to give it a low score because of that makes no since. PlayStation is for gaming! It's in the title..PLAYstation! The price of the ps4 pro would be 600 to 800 dollars if it did and no one would buy it (just like when PS3 came out for 600 bucks, people were upset and it didn't sell well) plus hardly anyone has 4K tvs yet and there's only like 50 movies in 4K! PLEASE understand that this is for gamers. Plus you don't need a 4K HDR tv to benefit. The ps4 pro also improves on 1080p TVs like better graphics and faster frame rates and further viewing distance and overall much better performance. Having a 4K HDR tv is the cherry on top. If you have a 4K HDR tv then you can play games in 4K HDR. At the end of the day if your fan of tech and performance get the ps4 pro. I will

Gave it to my son for Christmas but he is still unable to play the games because he has to update every game he has. Been updating for 3 days so far. Why sell game when they all have to be updated and it take days to update them. Hate PlayStation!!!

This isnt my first rodeo, definitely not my first PS4 Pro. Dissapointed that it came bricked out the box. I’m fortunate to have a base model, but I have a beautiful TV that I can’t take advantage of now. Hopefully Best Buy will exchange this.

I bought this for a gift, took it overseas, and found out the hard drive was mal functioning (device turns off after turning on). We spoke with local Sony and they don't support this locally. By the time I'll get this back for return to Best Buy the return policy will be expired.

The purchase was a waste it's no different than a PS4 if you want to sell someone a product that is better in every aspect and put the same ROM player in that only plays bluray than don't charge more for a unit that only upscales to 4K returned it and bought a Xbox 1 S
