It should come with a headset, the remote dies insanely fast. I should have just stayed with my Xbox 360 if it was gonna be this bad. At least on there 1k gbs. Was worth it too. Honestly im doing this for the 400$ promotion they probably lied about. So im giving my honest opinion. You should just build a pc.

Its great my kids absolutely love it. The space for it to download anything kinda sucks cause after downloading ghost i couldnt download anything else and im not sure how to add more space for them to play other games.

Ghost of Yotei Ps5 bundle did not have an authorization number to download the game. I called Playstation they said call The seller (Best Buy online) and they can activate the code at the store off the receipt. Finally went up to the store and spoke the the mgr. He was unable to find the authorization number from the sales receipt. Beat Buy sent a replacement game but not Ghost of Yotei so back to the Best Buy store that doesn’t have a correct replacement.

No game code to use the new game have called repeatedly and no one has answered why and where to get one have talked to 8 different people one says you have to go back to store,problem is iam out of country fot rwo months and it is a gift for my son who lives in Colombia so going to store is not an option, just give me code over phone you have all my info including receipt.

The product was good but best buy service was at the worst, you guys got scammed and putting it on my head is the worst thing, no help at all, I bought an open box and there was no mention that I will not have the game but when i received it and complained about it I didn’t get any help from your side other than returning it, don’t you think that’s fair, PS5 is great but the service I got was the worst, here I am taking some others fault it feels like, grow up and take responsibility for your actions best buy

First PS5 from Xbox and did not come with code. Pretty sad I’ll have to do all this work to get a new one when it should’ve came

Ps5 is great. Ghost no game that sucks. Then they want you to pay$70 for the game.

I thought the bundle meant they would include the game pre-installed, they did not.

Beware not to buy these open box orders do not come complete even when stated that it is in excellent condition. Bundle did not come with voucher for the game on this limited addition console and missing usb cables. Best buy would not provide me with a voucher for the game.

Item was missing controller, box and game, was also in terrible condition. For the price it was used, when you add the price of the controller and game it’s not cheaper to buy used.

It didn’t work it made static noise when you play, had to return it
