It came on time everything is fine only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t receive my voucher and the PlayStation box was damaged but everything else was fine.

Open Box item. Best Buy did not accurately disclose everything that was missing.

I ordered this online. Besides the Switch, it is my first console in over 10 years. I regretted the purchase for a week, while I waited for it to arrive, because my TV broke the following day after I ordered it, and I wasn't sure how much use I would get out of the Playstation since I already have a high end PC. That all changed when this thing arrived. It is awesome! For one, just having the option to play in the living room on the sofa instead of in an office chair is nice. I was already using a Dual Sense controller for "controller games" (non-shooters), but the PS5 really brings it to life. The added immersion to games like Gran Turismo 7 has to be experienced. You can literally feel yourself slding sideways in dirt while simultaneously feeling the triggers react to your inputs. I even recognize the engine vibration from cars I've owned or ridden in previously in real life. Graphics are top notch. You won't get the frame rates you will on PC, but in most cases it doesn't make a noticeable difference. I can't say enough good things about the PS5. Only slight criticism is it doesn't come with enough storage, but at least it's expandable.

On their own, each of these elements is a nice upgrade over the PS4. But when you put them together, you have an experience that qualifies as next-gen.

Very fast and graphics are noticeably better than other consoles Choice of games are also good especially with at least ps plus extra or higher. My problem is with the free spider man download. It doesn5 work. Says it’s already been used which it hasn’t been. I’m trying to contact PlayStation to see what can be done. Hopefully this can be resolved. Also adding extra storage should be considered.

I remember the firdt Playstation. I spent most of my teenage years on that console. PS2 came along and i played that JUST as much. I strayed away from the Playstation platform to develope a relationship with XBOX. I have stayed there, ever since. I missed out on PS3 and PS4. Bestbuy had a sale on PS5 and Spiderman 2. I decided to stray from XBOX and I am GLAD I did. The graphics, the technology, the experience…. ALL WORTH it! I am empressed by everything. I love the controllers and how tech-advanced they are. All they can do. It took me a week to realize that the center pad is a doodle pad?!?! My complaint is that you cant swap out batteries but you have to go corded and charge it back. The size is somewhat gargantuan and the shape is too curvy and space-age. Microsoft had it right by making a square block, in my olinion. I am not going to dip it below a 4 star over this. Am I going to never go back to XBOX? Hardly. But PS5 is not going away either.

I stuck with my 1st gen ps4 for years until i got the switch oled a couple years back. I would still play on my ps4 while the switch became a staple for my travels. After eyeing the ps5 for a year I finally caved in when it went on sale, the spiderman bundle for 499, my only regret being i did not get it sooner. I play it on a 65 inch 4k tv and there is nothing like it. The hogwarts game looks and runs like i am in the movie, not to mention the other sony exclusives like until dawn, last of us, god of war, uncharted etc are just more jewels on this crown. My tv can do only 60 fps but i havent faced any lag to speak of, the ps5 can however go upto a 120 fps with compatible displays. The bootup and game launch times on this makes every other console look like a dial up connection from the 90s. The dual sense controller has great haptics and is the most comfortable one I have ever held. The 1 tb memory is good enough for my usage but its easily expandable. The ps5 supports all my ps4 games and most of them allow to download the ps5 version for free. It also plays the 4k blu rays along with hd blu rays so no problem taking a break form gaming and watching lord of the rings extended cut. I can now play my spotify from the ps5 while playing any game which is a must for me for most racing and shooter games, no more playing songs on a separte speaker from my phone. Overall, its the best money can buy now and i love the futuristic sleek not boxy design. I think i wrote enough, will get back to my game.

Amazing system! This bundle saved me money for a game. System works really well, it’s fast and picture is beautiful if you get a tv that goes well with it. No issues so far. Controller feels beautiful. Please wipe your hands before using. Don’t ruin these babies. I wish there was more than 1 TB of storage.

So I upgraded from the PS4 and it has been amazing, the graphics are a big step and the game play has me wanting to play more. The dual sense controller makes you feel more engaged in the game. I am enjoying the new games that are coming out as well, they have taken game play to another realm. Although the only down side is that storage is at a premium, even with a disc system you still need a nice amount of storage.

This game is great. Graphics is awesome and ease of use off the charts. Transfering games from my PS4 was a breeze and the controllers will blow your mind during game play.
