Best Buy Ships This in the Actual PS5 box!

I paid extra for shipping and Best Buy delayed the shipment and sent me an e-mail stating that it might get here by Christmas. I spent two hours chatting with agents online trying to deal with the situation. When they finally shipped it, Best Buy did not place the PS5 in a box. It was literally shipped in the PS5 box. The box arrived damaged. I have no idea whether the console was damaged during the rough shipping. In addition, without a plain box, my daughter was able to clearly see the Christmas gift sitting outside. AND a clearly marked PS5 was left on my porch for thieves to steal. I had to rush home from work to ensure that it wasn’t stolen. Best Buy is a major company. The disregard and mishandling of an expensive order is a complete disgrace. (Buy this product from Best Buy online at your own risk)

Was disappointed when I picked up the package, as the outside box had rips and noticeable tears on it, as if it had been caught on something. The Customer Service Rep assured that if it's not working to return it for an even swap. Overall, the system and gaming is working perfectly.
