Was disappointed when I picked up the package, as the outside box had rips and noticeable tears on it, as if it had been caught on something. The Customer Service Rep assured that if it's not working to return it for an even swap. Overall, the system and gaming is working perfectly.

Not a lover of PS in general but...

Some services and powere related things that can be improove but can't deny that the first time I connected the controller to the console, a smile was drawn in my face.
