Was excited to get this console, got it home and there was no voucher for the game inside of it. After an hour of being on the phone with customer service I had to pack everything back up take it back to Best buy and swap it out with a different package. I know that's not on Best buy's part but was very irritating. Aside from all of that the console is fantastic and SM2 was well worth it!

This actually my 2nd ps5 I’ve purchased. This one is for my son’s Christmas. He currently have a ps4 and wanted the new spiderman so I got this bundle. Ps5 is such a smooth console that loads really fast. I dont deal with any crashing or anything. Even when switching between multiple applications. Great system!

Loved everything about it. No bad things to say. I play every single day and have turned it on each day since i’ve purchased my ps5. Spider-Man being included was definitely the highlight of my purchase.

Sony is consistently good at creating high quality tech items and this is no different. The console has a nice look to it and even though it seems much bigger than the consoles of older times, the ability to stand it up as a book streamlines its overall appearance. Best part are the games purchased from the 4 can all be used on this system. I compared this one to the slim and after much review decided this is the better of the two. The peskiest problem all of the consoles of today have is that they come with only one controller. It’s like they low key encourage isolation. :/

As described - what is there left to say about the PS5. We’ve had it about a year without any problems between use of our 19 year old and seven year old. May purchase another this year! I know.

The PS5 is a powerful console offering a sublime current-gen gaming experience. Its library of exclusive games makes fantastic use of the DualSense controller, 3D Audio, and the console's lightning-fast SSD. It might be too big for some setups, though, and a handful of issues hold it back from perfection.

Perfect Christmas gift for my nephews the love it!

This system is amazing! What a huge upgrade from the original PS4. I got it for my wife as an anniversary present and she couldn't have been happier. The game is cool as well. I tried it for a little bit but I am not a huge fan of these types of games as they don't hold my attention that long.

I knew what to expect from the machine and the hardware itself, but would I was so surprised with was the immersiveness with a controller. The only downside to all the functionality of the controller is that the battery life is shorter than I'm used to coming from Xbox controllers.

I’ve had this thing for 4 months now and it’s the best purchase I’ve made in so long I’ve had an amazing time with this console and for it being so big it is surprisingly portable and easy to set up and use on the go, great games, great specs, great product. Thanks Sony!

Its a great system! We upgraded from the ps4 for the adults and the graphics are wonderful. No issues. Best buy was so easy to use for pick up!

This is more of a customer service review as this is a gift and has yet to be given. Best buy is the place I trust the most to purchase my technology, I do recommend them to anyone. I am giving the system all 5s be because we know that best buy sold us the best product they possibly could!
