This is a Christmas present for a new dad (my son) who has been saving to purchase the console. Thanks to his wife, who wants the best for her husband, we pooled together to get it for him. Won't he be surprised!

This is a great update to the ps3 . It’s quiet too. I only hear the blue ray drive when there is a disc . The system is quiet even after hours of 4K gaming. Pick up an nvme drive for storage.

Great console, great games, and the controller is the best ever. The only problem I have it that 1 TB is not much for the size of games coming out recently. Installing more internal storage is very easy though.

Purchased an open-box Spiderman Bundle in “excellent” condition. A peg for the console stand is missing, controller is scratched, cord used to connect the controller to the console was missing, but worst of all, the card with the redemption code for the Spiderman game was included in the box but obviously scratched off! When we attempted to use the code, we got an error message telling us that the code was already in use! We called Best Buy and were told that we needed to call Sony for a new code. We called Sony and they told us it was a Best Buy problem. Called Best Buy back and they told us to go into the store to speak to a manager and they would make it right. Spoke to the manager and was told their Geek Squad reviews every console to determine whether a game meets the “excellent” standard and was told my only recourse was to return the console and buy a new one that included the game.

It was in good condition even tho i got it as an open box the only thing that i didn’t get was the game but besides that it’s a pretty good deal if you didn’t even want the game.

Yo, the Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle is straight-up fire, and the game itself is off the charts! This my first time owning a PS5 since i mostly be on PC, but the storyline is as intense, especially when i stream.

Graphics are amazing. And games are addicting! If youre thinking about getting one, do it!

I love my PS5. I mainly play Call of Duty Multiplayer Mode and GTA5. I’ve had it for a minute and it’s still super reliable. No problems so far!

Kids love it. Takes about an hour to set up. Sucks that game have to download before playing and you have to have the CD in while playing. Why have to store the game data and have the CD in console?

I should have known; “open box” meant code for free game download had been used. System works fine, but did not get the game download before someone else got to it and returned the system to the store.

Gifted to my brother for Christmas, he cried. He had lost everything in a fire a few years before and never recovered. His PlayStation 4 burned up and he went with out a gaming system for 7 months.

Great gaming system. I purchased it for my nephew who loves it. His PS4 wasn’t working and he was playing his PS3. So when he saw the improved graphics with the PS5 he was thrilled.

I upgraded from a PS4. You can definitely tell the difference in quality and game mechanics. Spider-Man 2 was the reason I upgraded and the game did not disappoint! I highly recommend these two items!

Best console out there! Lot of solo games to play. Controllers are best around. Only down side is the battery life of ps5 controllers are not the greatest

I've been wanting to ps5 for quite a while. I was glad to see that it was discounted for Black Friday so I had to get myself one. They had plenty of them in stock and it was ready for me the next day.

From an owner of an xbox one, nintendo switch and a full tower desktop, i gotta say this is one of the best consoles on the market right now. If your considering getting it, go for it it doesnt disappoint.

Was very quick and easy, simple steps to order and pickup. Got an alert on my phone when i was good to pick it up and took two seconds to go verify and grab my pickup from inside. Would do it again!
