It was great purchase, but it was a horrible experience .The kid had a lack of knowledge about how credit go.Made this stituation stressful. Not his fault but the manager should've have helped more

Ordered an open box item described as 'Excellent'. Received a console with no, zero, original packaging, in a plain brown box. One of the panels was cracked, with piece completely broken off one corner. Hooked it up, with little hope, and it turned on...and did nothing else. No picture, no sound, nothing. Lesson learned.

Over all i like the ps5 only thing i wish it came with a bigger hard drive you pay enough for the console its self you should have to buy a bigger memory drive

Bought open box. Didnt have the code for spiderman 2 Customer service said yhe only option was to send everything back. Kept it... but not pleased with not getting the game

Everything was going great! Set up was a wizz, played fhe little robot game, then went to redeem my code for the spiderman 2 game, scratched off the code, and entered it just fine! Went to hit submit and then boom, game code has already been redeemed. Only bought this one sincr it came with the game, highly disappointed and shouldnt have wasted my time with this one, if this can be solved i would love for it to be done!

I bought an open box excellent Spiderman 2 console. The company Roadside they used for delivery dropped off an open box at my door. Captured on doorbell and picture driver took. Called customer support and rep told me I could go into local store and pick up game since she left notes on my account for store manager to review. Went to store and manager said they were no notes and they can't give me game. Was told to call back customer support to get a gift card or credit for the game. Called customer support again and they tell me I need to get manager at store to help. Bought over $1200 worth of merchandise and they rather me return everything bought instead of replacing a game. Worst customer service especially after buying their plus membership..

Did not come with game. Called customer support and they told me it should have a voucher. Told them it didn’t and they said that’s to bad. It was open box. Someone else must have already used it. But it wasn’t me. Both is is false advertising Best Buy. You should be better than that.

The code for Super-Man 2 game isn’t working. Trying to reach someone in customer service to help

I bought an open box version of this. No where in the description did it say that the code for the game would be scratched off and used already. But that’s what happened. Paid more for less essentially. The console is great though. I like it far more than my old Xbox one x

When I first tried to get this item, it was delivered in a beat up shipping box (with no fragile warning label) that the PS5 box was loosely sitting inside (to the point the ps5 box was noticeably damaged). Then I got the replacement, and within only a few hours of use, it started sporadically shutting off and has been doing so ever since (and yes, I have even tried factory resetting it to no avail). It seems the only thing it MAY be able to handle is streaming and dvd watching (though this may not actually be possible for long periods of time - I didn't want to push it), so at BEST this is an incredibly expensive movie watching device. I wanted this specific model so I wouldn't have to worry about PS suddenly deciding to stop supporting the disc drive on the slim down the line, so it's not even like exchanging it for the same version is an option.

I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory due to missing pieces in the package. Upon opening the box, I discovered that essential components were absent, which has significantly impacted my ability to fully enjoy the product. This has been a disappointing experience, especially considering the excitement and anticipation surrounding the purchase of such a high-demand item. I have contacted Best Buy customer service to address this issue, and I am currently awaiting resolution. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the absence of crucial pieces has undoubtedly diminished my overall satisfaction with this purchase. No discounts on games sold on the platform until way into the death of the game

PS5 is great, Best Buy wasn’t. I purchased for curbside pickup just to get there and be told they have the ps5, but they have nobody to grab it from the back for me. Even though I was looking at 5 different best buy employees. They then told me I was going to have to wait 24 hours to pick up my PS5. Annoying

Not worth it, the game came out on pc and is just better there.

I ordered this product in November for a little boy that was placed in a foster. The order never arrived & I was told by Best Buy a refund was issued at the beginning of December. After speaking with multiple Best Buy agents from December to March 28, 2024 I still have no resolve. Best Buy refuses to send me any email documenting an open case & each time I speak with an agent they are unaware of a case even being open until I tell them. I was told a refund was issued, then I was told to dispute the charge with my bank (which is absurd) & after disputing the charge with my bank Best Buy disputed the dispute. Customer service has been no help & they refuse to let me speak to someone on the “back end team” that is handling the case.
