Next generation of PlayStation. Awesome SpiderMan game.

Item was used and did not include game. The thumbstick on the controller sticks but after giving it to my son who lives 3 hours away it was too much of a hastle to return it. They should have checked to make sure it was in "good" condition

Absolutely DO NOT buy a bundle from PlayStation. To be clear, this isn’t a Best Buy problem. I bought the Spiderman 2 PS5 bundle for my son for Christmas. When he went to enter the code, it said that it had already been used. Fast forward one month later, after about five different phone calls and five different support chats and nearly 24 hours wasted on hold, PlayStation told me there was nothing they could do. All they needed to do was provide a new WORKING code or a gift card or something. Based on a quick internet search, I wasn’t the only one this happened to. So after all this, screw PlayStation. I’ll be keeping my family on Xbox.

Not good man I’m not even a casual gamer I game maybe like every two months and my controller literally just stopped connecting to the system really strange and lame bro I don’t even game hard enough to have these issues but I guess man the system works still controllers refuse to connect or even turn on at this point

The game was ok but the downloadable code was already expired so my son was unable to download it.

Bought the bundle for my son for Christmas. He was thrilled to get it until he went to download the Spider-Man 2 game and found out that the code had already been hacked and used. We tried Best Buy who said to talk to PlayStation, but their line was not accepting calls. Best Buy said they couldn't do anything, kept us on the phone on hold, switched agents a bunch of times, only to find the next agent couldn't help us either-hit the repeat button on that circus for about an hour. Issue still not resolved.

I purchased the PS5 with Spider-Man 2 Bundle about 1 month before Christmas. We opened it on Christmas day and the game code was already claimed. I contacted Best Buy and they sent me to Playstation Network to address. It took me over a week to contact them and two weeks to review my case. They sent me back to Best Buy to deal with it. I'm can't get anyone to help. This is a really frustrating experience and I will probably not order from Best Buy or Sony again.

Purchased this item online but it came without the Spiderman 2 disk. Went through chat and tried to call Hoover store directly to determine if disk could be delivered to me, to no avail. Chat says go to customer service at the store (40-minute drive from my house), Feel like I'm getting the run around. Disappointed in service. I'm a Best Buy credit card holder and Geek Squad member. Can someone help? Either refund the $69+ to credit card or send a new disk. Recommend do not buy online.

Shame, the game system is probably going to be a fixed but Best Buy shipped it in an oversized box with no shipping material, when I exchanged it they had to ship another, this one was left on my porch without any kind of box - everyone walking could see it. I guess they figure no protection even from thieves is okay. It wasn’t even taped properly, only had one piece of tape on it. It had better work

I purchased this PlayStation with the Spider-Man game in it, but guess what no game code available because it was used before I got it.

Absolutely disgusted with this entire experience!!! I purchased what I thought was a new console with everything included! To find out the controller was missing went back and forth on the phone then to the store twice to finally receive a controller to come home and find the code on the game ALREADY SCRATCHED OFF!!! This clearly was not a new item!!

Purchased an open box excellent condition PlayStation 5 Spider-Man 2 bundle that said it had everything. It didn’t have the cord to sync up the controller and console, it didn’t have the stand for the PlayStation and came without the voucher for the game. Was told since it was already used I’d have to contact PlayStation to get another code

Did not come with the game in the box as purchased. I contacted customer service- Three times. As of today, I still have not received the refund that I was promised. As a Christmas gift, this item arrived a day late, and incomplete. Absolute terrible service and I’m still awaiting my money. Awful, and ruined my sons Christmas.

Item was either lost or stolen during shipping… Best Buy did NOTHING to notify me. Stuff happens so I contacted BB after three weeks of not receiving the order. I was assured that they would make this right by expediting the shipping…. A week later NO NOTICE, and the status is “DELAYED.” Best Buy customer service = NONEXISTENT

I bought this openbox excellent condition, it did not include the game. I contacted Bestbuy, and they said it was Playstation's responsible. The description and product specifically stated the game was included. Now Bestbuy doesn't want to take responsibility. They lied in their description, I advise to not buy from here.

The open box cost $530 and came with no game. For reference the brand new Ps5 slim is $500 NEW and comes with a copy of the game. DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX

There was nothing Spiderman about this. Still had to buy the Spiderman game. Ps5 sides were coming off. Not charger for controllers. Could’ve spent 30 more dollars and got a brand new console. This was terrible.

Didn’t receive the Game! Looked everywhere and customer service said they can get me a replacement code but then said I have to contact Sony but yet it was an Open Box. So Best Buy should replace the game.

Not happy at all as I purchased this as an open box with a note on top saying only missing the HDMI cable. Well it was also wiped clean so it was missing the game as well. Over paid
