I absolutely love my console will not change it for anything

Been wanting to get one of these for so long, and it was totally worth it. When I went to go and attempt to buy one, I had some amazing help from a worker who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of. She gave me all the options for different versions, game recommendations, as well as payment options since I was worried about the cost. The staff was so helpful and it made buying it so much easier. Spider-Man 2 was also a pretty lit game, and now I can finally play Bloodborne!

I bought this as a surprise for my son since he has been using a PS4 for years! He was thrilled. Improvements in quality of games is noted. Quiet and a great purchase

I love my PS5 and the spiderman game. Everything feels so real, The Graphics pop out but really gets me is the sound! everything sounds so crisp and clean- even while action sequences are happening.

PS5! I finally got it and it doesnt let down. Runs so smooth and it also included a game in the bundle. Recommend!

Shop at Best Buy at your own risk. I ordered this product as a Christmas gift. I paid extra for shipping and Best Buy delayed the shipment and sent me an e-mail stating that it might get here by Christmas. I spent two hours chatting with agents online trying to deal with the situation. When they finally shipped it, Best Buy did not place the PS5 in a box. It was literally shipped in the PS5 box. The box arrived damaged. I have no idea whether the console was damaged during the rough shipping. In addition, without a plain box, my daughter was able to clearly see the Christmas gift sitting outside. AND a clearly marked PS5 was left on my porch for thieves to steal. I had to rush home from work to ensure that it wasn’t stolen. Best Buy is a major company. The disregard and mishandling of an expensive order is a complete disgrace. (Buy this product from Best Buy online at your own risk)

My son asked for one of these for Christmas. He loves it. It is an attractive looking system. I don’t play but as long as he’s happy, I’m happy too.

We used to play on a Nintendo Switch and are really enjoying the speed and graphics of this console. There's also a nice variety of games available.

It's very fun. I like the Spiderman game, neat to play as two characters. Very plot focused. The level of detail put into creating NYC is exceptional.
