Been waiting to upgrade my Ps4 to a Ps5 , i landed a great deal that day, customer service was really good ,i didnt have to look for someone , i was approached , with that being said, i was in and out of the store relatively fast with a great deal

Great upgrade. Far superior to even the PS4. Sleek appearance, dynamic interface and amazing technology. So many uses more than just PS games. I have owned every version of PS since the first one and each upgrade has been worthwhile.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas whom had a PS4, and he loves it. The graphics are so much better, he's even redownloaded his older games, says it's just so much better on the PS5. Almost like playing them for the first time. The only problem was he don't play fortnite and that was the only bundle set available.

Great update to my old ps3. FAST. Graphics are fantastic. Easy to upgrade memory.

This PlayStation 5, especially with the Fortnite bundle, is a fantastic gaming machine. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the storage is more than adequate for my current needs. The controller is comfortable and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this console, especially for Fortnite players!

Not all best Buys are Equal! I ordered this as a Christmas Gift & it said 2-hour pick up. I went 3.5 hours later and was given the worst attitude, the non-compassion..NOTHING!! I was even told, "Well, just cancel it, because it hasn't even been pulled," mind you, this is Christmas Eve. It's like I had no choice to wait, as I walked out an employee told me you can switch your order to another store if it says in stock, I never knew this, ans was very disappointed the Manager didn't tell me either. Well I switched my order, and within 1 hour I recieved my Christmas Gift. They were so sweet, I told them about my experience and he even apologized on their behalf. I was about to write them off, but was reminded that even though one is bad, not all are. The Best Buy in Merrillville deserves the GOLD Star for coming through!!

This product works amazing, I was easily able to set up the PlayStation and my son has been having so much fun. Storage was a problem for him and also slow load in time so with this new upgrade, he has better storage capacity and fast load in time. Amazing product and would recommend.

Excellent gaming experience. Fantastic graphics and so easy to set up. Plenty of games to choose from. Was never a huge gamer but man this is a lot of fun!

For me Best Buy is one of the best places to buy wherever you need , good customer service , good products and of course , this ps5 was not the exception . Worked flawlessly from the first time .

I finally decided it was time. The PS4 had served faithfully with its humble 500GB, but the call of the PS5 now boasting a full 1TB was getting louder every day. Then Best Buy dropped an offer so enticing it would’ve been a crime to let it slip through the cracks. Decision made. The plan had to be flawless. One discreet shipment, delivered to the house the very next day like a classified operation. No alerts. No suspicion. Just a perfectly timed arrival while Santa was still working on his list. Packing up the PS4 for trade-in was surprisingly painless almost ceremonial. A chapter closed. Within days, the trade-in credit hit, sealing the deal and confirming that this mission was a success. Christmas morning came… and let’s just say Santa didn’t stand a chance. Dad walked away with all the glory, a PS5 loaded with 1TB of possibilities, and a reminder that sometimes the real magic isn’t from the North Pole, it’s from a well-executed plan and a great deal.

it runs great and i havent noticed any overheating problems, the controller also works incredibly well and the battery lasts a good while as well i will say that the cable that it came with does not charge the controller while in rest mode so i do suggest getting another type c cable
