Ps5 works great, color scheme is a bit different and darker.

I have tried XBox one. I have been loyal to the Xbox brand for more than a decade until when all of the sudden my console stopped working. I decided to switch and instantly noticed a huge difference between the Xbox and PS5. Collors are brighter, gaming rates are better. Quality of the game controller better. Sony good job. The experience in the UI is unmatched.

So happy with my purchase. Been wanting one for a few years now. Speed graphics and storgae space made this a no brainer.

This PlayStation 5, especially with the Fortnite bundle, is a fantastic gaming machine. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the storage is more than adequate for my current needs. The controller is comfortable and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this console, especially for Fortnite players!

Not all best Buys are Equal! I ordered this as a Christmas Gift & it said 2-hour pick up. I went 3.5 hours later and was given the worst attitude, the non-compassion..NOTHING!! I was even told, "Well, just cancel it, because it hasn't even been pulled," mind you, this is Christmas Eve. It's like I had no choice to wait, as I walked out an employee told me you can switch your order to another store if it says in stock, I never knew this, ans was very disappointed the Manager didn't tell me either. Well I switched my order, and within 1 hour I recieved my Christmas Gift. They were so sweet, I told them about my experience and he even apologized on their behalf. I was about to write them off, but was reminded that even though one is bad, not all are. The Best Buy in Merrillville deserves the GOLD Star for coming through!!

This product works amazing, I was easily able to set up the PlayStation and my son has been having so much fun. Storage was a problem for him and also slow load in time so with this new upgrade, he has better storage capacity and fast load in time. Amazing product and would recommend.

One discreet shipment, delivered to the house the very next day like a classified operation. No alerts. No suspicion. Just a perfectly timed arrival while Santa was still working on his list. Packing up the PS4 for trade-in was surprisingly painless almost ceremonial. A chapter closed. Within days, the trade-in credit hit, sealing the deal and confirming that this mission was a success. Christmas morning came… and let’s just say Santa didn’t stand a chance. Dad walked away with all the glory, a PS5 loaded with 1TB of possibilities, and a reminder that sometimes the real magic isn’t from the North Pole, it’s from a well-executed plan and a great deal.

With perfect tv setup, the pro version can you an extra kick to the visuals at the comfort of your living room. With PC parts getting more expensive nowadays, it seems we've gone back to square one where consoles are the affordable option for gaming.

it runs great and i havent noticed any overheating problems, the controller also works incredibly well and the battery lasts a good while as well i will say that the cable that it came with does not charge the controller while in rest mode so i do suggest getting another type c cable

PlayStation 5 exceeded my expectations as always sony never fails, also the awesome customer service from best buy made the transition smooth and quick coming from the incredible staff. I would buy this console again and keep recommending it to those who want to start gaming asap.

Kids were thrilled to get the PlayStation 5 for Christmas and couldn't believe how much of an upgrade it is over the original Switch they got years ago. The setup was pretty easy, but be prepared to enter your email a few times for certain games during setup! Graphics are great!

Best console on the market with many features and benefits to choose this console like 4k 120hz capable of running 1440p ray tracing and much more disc drive best way to go especially if coming from ps4 games also work and some games upscale for better performance and resolution
