My son loves his PlayStation 5 controller and console

I bought a disc-version PlayStation 5 on Best Buy's website for less than $500.00 delivered. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I plan to use the PlayStation 5 as my primary digital entertainment hub for games, streaming, movies, and music.

The PS5 won the console race for a reason. It offers amazing exclusives, impressive technology, and is more affordable than the competition. I’d recommend getting the disc version instead of the digital-only model, since it gives you more options beyond purchasing games from the PlayStation Store.

I love the look and feel of the system. From the hardware to the software, it all feels like a well thought out piece of tech. Glad I made the purchase! Astro Bot is the super mario of this generation. What an incredible game. Worth the purchase if only ofr that game alone!!!

Gift for my little sister for Christmas and she loves it, plays it all the time, and you couldnt beat the price for the disc version

I ordered a brand new PS5 for curbside pick up. The box they brought out clearly had the sealed sticker sliced open before I purchased it but I didn’t notice till I’d driven home. I would’ve purchased a discounted open box PS5 had I known I’d pay full price to Best Buy and get one that had already been opened anyway. We had one incident a couple days after buying where the PS5 kept saying “insert disc” when the disc was already in it.We had to unplug the PS5 to reset it to get it to register the disc. I’m wondering if this was a returned item, since the package wasn’t sealed, that Best Buy sold me for the price of a brand new sealed item.Console was a gift and there was no time to go back to store to ask for a box with the seal still in tact.We love the PS5 and so far it has t glitched again, but make sure you check that the seal sticker hasn’t been sliced open if you buy one here.

Love the new upgrade, way better than the 4th and Best Buy made the transition nice and smooth!

My son has been wanting one for a long time. He loves it. I wish they would add more to the PlayStation monthly subscription. XBox had way more options.

I would like to say Best Buy employee's are friendly and they takecare of you,and there employees come up to you,you don't have to look for them,Best buy has everything you need, one stop for electronics and etc.

It is an excellent product and good value. Best buy however was a let down as they had a trade in promotion and I was told I could take advantage of it after I made the purchase then it became a whole other story. Bad customer service.
