Absolutely love my purchase. I bought it for my 14 year old son as a late birthday gift and he cannot stop playing it! He loves all of the features and the amazing quality this console has to offer!

The cashier was very helpful in expaining the game system that we were deciding to buy and actually helped sell a more expensive model because of his knowledgeable explanation! Great shopping experience!

Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it.

My kids love their Xmas gift, the storage space was one thing that they were looking forward to having more of and let’s not talk about the process of instore pick up. It was smooth. The box for the ps5 was a little banged up but the manager didn’t hesitate to change it and ensure that I was satisfied with the appearance.

I ordered a brand new PS5 for curbside pick up. The box they brought out clearly had the sealed sticker sliced open before I purchased it but I didn’t notice till I’d driven home. I would’ve purchased a discounted open box PS5 had I known I’d pay full price to Best Buy and get one that had already been opened anyway. We had one incident a couple days after buying where the PS5 kept saying “insert disc” when the disc was already in it.We had to unplug the PS5 to reset it to get it to register the disc. I’m wondering if this was a returned item, since the package wasn’t sealed, that Best Buy sold me for the price of a brand new sealed item.Console was a gift and there was no time to go back to store to ask for a box with the seal still in tact.We love the PS5 and so far it has t glitched again, but make sure you check that the seal sticker hasn’t been sliced open if you buy one here.
