Great system, Easy to use, fast and no issues so far. We even watch Blu Ray and DVD on it. Kids love it and Christmas was a hit with this game system for them.

recently upgraded to the PlayStation 5 and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. The performance difference compared to previous consoles is huge. Games load incredibly fast thanks to the SSD, and the graphics are absolutely stunning on a 4K TV. One of my favorite features is the DualSense controller. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really add to the immersion, especially in games that take full advantage of it. It genuinely feels like a new generation of gaming rather than just a small upgrade. Setup was simple, the interface is smooth, and I appreciate how quiet the console runs even during longer gaming sessions. Whether you’re into sports games, action titles, or just casual gaming, the PS5 handles everything effortlessly. If you're on the fence about upgrading, I definitely recommend it. Between the performance, the controller innovation, and the growing library of great games, it’s easily one of the best gaming consoles available right now.

It runs great! It’s not big and bulky like the original. Setup was quick and easy. I just wish it had more space.

Need to replace my 1st gen ps5. I got this one and its a litte smaller and runs better.

Works great and the kids love it. Like the slimmer look and that it stands up instead of lays down so it doesn’t take up as much space.

First shout out to the employee who took the time to locate the correct console as I wanted the one with a disc drive. The initial start up did not take as nearly as long as expected, also you can load a game via disk at the same time it is updating and setting up. Graphics are great, the remote works across the room just fine. Easy set up. The one downfall is 1TB isn't a lot if you are going to be downloading games but being able to add external memory is great.

The product was great. No issues with it at all. The customer service rep who assisted me was helpful. I actually appreciated that he shot straight with me about which PS5 works for my setup and that he didn’t try to sell me the more expensive one needlessly. I told him what I needed, he grabbed it quick, and I was out in no time. Good stuff

I’ve had my new PlayStation since Christmas, and it’s been everything I wanted and more. The performance, graphics, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I also love Best Buy the purchase process was quick and easy, and I wasn’t sure which option to buy, but both sales reps were incredibly helpful in narrowing it down for me. They even walked me through setting up my new system online and wrote the steps down so I could follow them later.

This PS5 is crazy fast, graphics look amazing and games run smooth. Disc drive works good and I’m loving it so far.

I have tried XBox one. I have been loyal to the Xbox brand for more than a decade until when all of the sudden my console stopped working. I decided to switch and instantly noticed a huge difference between the Xbox and PS5. Collors are brighter, gaming rates are better. Quality of the game controller better. Sony good job. The experience in the UI is unmatched.

Ps5 works great, color scheme is a bit different and darker.
