It works, fun to play, priced decent, quick pick up

It has really large sound and vibration when using discs.

The package arrived completely exposed with no protective packaging whatsoever, and the box was visibly damaged. The only reason the item wasn’t stolen is because I happened to be home when it was delivered. Upon opening the box, it was immediately obvious that the console was not new—it was covered in dirt and had visible markings and wear. Just three days later, the HDMI port failed entirely, confirming that this was a used or defective unit sold as brand new. I paid full price for a new console and instead received damaged, misrepresented merchandise. This situation strongly suggests either gross negligence or intentional misrepresentation, and it is completely unacceptable.

No to much space for games downloading plus the ssd card pride is to much from $200 to $400 tb dollars this is crazy insane

Well if you really want my review... the ps5 is great. That being said, it isnt the one I ordered. I ordered one with black ops 6. Got one with fortnight...I caught it before it even shipped and contacted them. They said ship it back when it arives. I said you just told me that only the shipping label had been printed, but since it had I had to wait to recuve it. Ship it back. Then reorder the right one after the return clears. Obviously weeks of hasel for their mistake. Not even a discount for getting a kids game I didnt want. I said when I got off the phone I would never shop here again, and that i would post about this on my socials. Posts that got censored out of excistance imediatly. Not happy at all....

My son got this for xmas. After setting up an account, the home screen would only allow Fortnite to be added to a wishlist and wouldn't install. Thinking it was an age restriction, I also signed up for a parental account, paid $0.50 for some reason, removed all the restrictions, and it still wouldn't install. I had to do a factory reset and sideload Fortnite through my phone to his account to get it to work. It took me over two hours to figure out. Poor interface and a lot of work just to play the "bundled" game.

This is for Best Buy, not the game. The game I actually picked up is great, grandson loves it. The game that was never delivered to me is still in dispute with Best Buy even though I have proof that roadie never delivered it. Best Buy refuses to make it right. Will NEVER order from here again, and reporting them to the BBB

The remote control arrived with problems, but my brother had a spare. What a shame. I called SONY, but I couldn't get through.

Only purchased this for the psvr2 and that just wasn't worth it. I'll stick to PC

The item itself was perfect after I got a replacement but this company is trash since it puts fake MSRP prices up and then puts them on "sale" for the actual MSRP price. Don't let me catch it Best Buy cuz I'll gladly place a class action on y'all myself

Apon purchase the employees had informed me that the console would have the features but Ive been looking thrue the it and was lied to very disappointed and when i went to get help no one would give me a solid answer

Purchased the ps5 it on Christmas Eve and it did not last a month. I do not think it is a bad product. I think we purchased a bad unit.

The customer service was very poor and the package was open although it was brand new!

I had to return they delivered my item to the wrong house. I had to fight to get the item back. They will not refund me. I had to get the police involved sent the product back.

The store manger tried to sell me the wrong item on purpose.

Have only had it a few hours, but already love everything about it so much more that my XBOX series X, especially the price of the online service. Graphics are better, speed is better, the jury is still out on the controller but that’s only because I’m so used to the xbox controller. Just Buy 1 of these you won’t be sorry.

Just recently purchased, but so far no issues. My husband loves his Ps5. I didn't realize that many of the games he played on ps4 progress will not transfer to the ps5.
