Great console, Sony fumbles every now and then

After an hour of being on the phone with customer service I had to pack everything back up take it back to Best buy and swap it out with a different package. I know that's not on Best buy's part but was very irritating. Aside from all of that the console is fantastic and SM2 was well worth it!

This one is for my son’s Christmas. He currently have a ps4 and wanted the new spiderman so I got this bundle. Ps5 is such a smooth console that loads really fast. I dont deal with any crashing or anything. Even when switching between multiple applications. Great system!
