    PlayStation just keeps getting faster, the instant loading and multi menu feature is impressive. Though there aren’t a lot of exclusives, the exclusives that are available are worth it alone!

    The game bundle arrived late after purchasing overnight shipping. Fair enough stuff happens, but I wasn't offered a refund only store credit. Frustrating but ok. Then when the game bundle arrived the game voucher was missing. Ok, again things happen. But I was given no remedy by customer service. No I was an idiot and at fault because clearly I should have expected that. See i bought one that had been opened. Small markdown due to the condition. Not by the price of a game, to make it match the cost of a refurbished ps5. No notice or warning it would come without the game. In fact it said it came with everything seen and mentioned in the description. So apparently I spent an extra hundred dollars for a nice picture of Spiderman on the box. So no apology, no remedy. Just spend a hour driving to a bestbuy and turn it in for a new one, while paying the difference. Never buying from bestbuy again.
