    The PS5 and controller itself was great. However, the spider-man game code had already been redeemed which I guess no one cared to check. I realize this was open box-excellent but the description specifically said the condition would include the ps5 and ALL of the accessories. So best buy made me go to sony themselves to sort this out which eventually they did give me a new code, but still this could have al been avoided if they had checked that the code hadn't been scratched off before accepting it.
