Exactly what my son wanted. Has always enjoed gaming and this has helped with graphics and also ease of use.

I purchased the Playstation bundle as an open box buy. The Playstation console itself is great and works well. However, the controller it came with did not work, so we had to purchase additional controllers. So, technically, this was not an issue with the console product but with Best Buy and their lack of quality control with these open box products.

I had an issue with first pS5 this one works great and I got best buys warranty nice to have a warranty besides the manufacturer warranty in case something goes wrong. Did not ge this first time and Spider-Man 2 is an awesome game.

Amazing! Spider-Man might be best single player out right now. I have both the Xbox series X and PS5 now and both are outstanding but if you play single player PS5 has some fantastic single player games out and coming soon

It was very difficult to find one of these around the end of November, so I’m lucky Best Buy had some available to order. It didn’t take long to get and only had a few scrapes on the external box. Definitely worth it.

What can you say about the PS5 that hasn't been said before. It checks all the boxes for an upgrade to 4k gaming/media streaming. Great upgrade from PS4

This console has been really good and I have bad zero issues with it and getting more storage is very easy even internal storage for ps5 games is easy to install

This is a Christmas present for a new dad (my son) who has been saving to purchase the console. Thanks to his wife, who wants the best for her husband, we pooled together to get it for him. Won't he be surprised!

Great console, great games, and the controller is the best ever. The only problem I have it that 1 TB is not much for the size of games coming out recently. Installing more internal storage is very easy though.

Purchased an open-box Spiderman Bundle in “excellent” condition. A peg for the console stand is missing, controller is scratched, cord used to connect the controller to the console was missing, but worst of all, the card with the redemption code for the Spiderman game was included in the box but obviously scratched off! When we attempted to use the code, we got an error message telling us that the code was already in use! We called Best Buy and were told that we needed to call Sony for a new code. We called Sony and they told us it was a Best Buy problem. Called Best Buy back and they told us to go into the store to speak to a manager and they would make it right. Spoke to the manager and was told their Geek Squad reviews every console to determine whether a game meets the “excellent” standard and was told my only recourse was to return the console and buy a new one that included the game.

This is a great update to the ps3 . It’s quiet too. I only hear the blue ray drive when there is a disc . The system is quiet even after hours of 4K gaming. Pick up an nvme drive for storage.

Yo, the Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle is straight-up fire, and the game itself is off the charts! This my first time owning a PS5 since i mostly be on PC, but the storyline is as intense, especially when i stream.

Graphics are amazing. And games are addicting! If youre thinking about getting one, do it!

This was worth the purchase specially in this time of year. Would come back again to purchase another Console.
