The best buy ever. I had a PS4 and was skeptical about getting a PS5. However, after the purchase I immediately realise it was the right decision. In terms of look, I really live the console. The controller is pretty cool with some advanced features. The resolution, frame rate and game play is awesome.

If you are considering getting a pc or laptop don't. This system is great for the price. In order to get a computer with aquivalet performance you would need to spend at least $1k. Great suppport, great exclusives. I love pc gaming i have a 4090. Getting this for my little ones who want to play my pc.

This product is great entertainment and the young man that was at yhe register was a gentleman and that means a lot with most of this generation, he was very respectful and responsible and explained everything about the product very good,

I play mainly on a PC and I thought the graphics were a downgrade and man let me tell you I was wrong. Graphics are amazing FPS are stable and you don't see a hiccup at any time which does happen with PC games depending on your hardware. Highly recommend grabbing one!

Some may complain that the ps5 is no different than the ps4. Not the case for me the new features on the remote really do add a more immersive feeling to game play. Also the graphics are phenomenal overall highly satisfied

Given as gift to my husband for his birthday. He uses this weekly and loves it compared to all his other gaming systems. System is very fast and doesnt take up much space.

Bought this for my son he love gaming he wats to stream but we have to get those grades up to do that but I love it he plays for hours

Awesome console and amazing graphics, my husband and I have really enjoyed this. This was our first console (aside from Nintendo Switch) in a while and it surpassed expectations! Had zero issues purchasing through Best Buy, had an easy pickup experience, and are satisfied with our new console!

Didn’t think I would truly enjoy the PS5 as much as we do. Very good for families to get together and game. The cross play is a great feature!

We waited a long time for this sucker. Worth the wait, not 100% sure on this but it's an improvement over the PS4 in graphics and just in general a more polished experience. I'll need to expand the storage with a add on hard drive but they've made it super simple to add on. The size of games nowadays almost requires > 1TB storage.

I am really impressed with this PS five console with CD. It not only plays games, but it plays movies and Blu-ray in it. They’re like Crystal clear I’ve had no issues whatsoever of this game Lord forbid I am totally satisfied with it 100.

I finally was able to upgrade from my 1st gen PS4 that I’ve had since 2014, to this amazing new PS5. Even though I knew it was gonna be an upgrade, I didn’t realize how much of an upgrade it was until I started playing, amazing graphics, quick downloads, I love it!

Having owned an Xbox Series x, I thought I experienced most of what next gen has to offer. I was wrong. Although the Xbox on paper is more powerful, I found that games seem to look crisper and clearer on the PS5. That along with the exclusives makes this a must have.

I have a high end PC and the fact that this system is about to provide more detail in some cases on a bigger screen is wild to me. I just love how fast games load now and how much easier it is to just pick up a play a game whenever I have a few minutes of downtime.

My wife went half and half with me on this console for FF 16 and the upcoming Spider man 2! Im very happy with the PS5 and was glad it was available new for 449$ Also a great home console for movies, you can actually use your tv remote to acces media features! (We've got a vizio tv)

PlayStation works great, but lacks some security features, as the Xbox has built in surge protector the PlayStation does not, had both my electronic plugged into surge protector and pkaystation was shot Xbox was not
