To start this thing off it's very large, very cool, and a great conversation starter. Weighs about 10 pounds but is manageable to move around wherever needed. Feels like and looks like a quality item. The controller is amazing the triggers feel fantastic and responsive. Astros Playroom is the free game the comes with the console it's a great way to get to know the controller Overall if you can get your hands on it, it's a great console for not too high of a price.

The PS5 is amazing! I love to play my favorite games on it like NBA 2k and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

The PS5 is a truly fantastic console. The controller is the best in the industry. It loads games instantly and the new UI is fast and intuitive. However, the most important aspect of a new console is the games and Sony did a great job on their release lineup this time. Spiderman, Sackboy's Big Adventure, Demon Souls Remake, and Astrobot are all excellent. With a sequel to 2019's God of War and 2017's Horizon Zero Dawn around the corner, the PS5 is a no brainier.

Absolute must have system! Truly breathtaking graphics. I cant even explain to you the difference the frames per second make on a game, especially your favorite ps4 games. The number one biggest thing about the system is definitely load times. Im not just talking in game loads but your interface and loading into other apps and browsing store, etc. Truly makes this sytem leagues ahead in terms if functionality and overall smooth system navigation.

It lives up to the hype. Playing with the new controller is an impressive experience and I haven't waited for a loading screen for longer than 10 seconds since I got it. Big thanks to Best Buy for keeping this thing in my online cart the entire time while I made a new account, most websites would have told me that it sold out during that time. They got it to me a day earlier than it was scheduled for and it came in perfect condition. No complaints here.

the ps5 performs well but it will overheat and turn off playing more complex graphical intensive games unless a fan is pointed directly at it (i keep the system on 24/7 and never turn it off) other than that it’s good but the controller is trash stick drift like crazy

After struggling over two months, I finally got my PS5! Was it worth the struggle and grind? Absolutely! Miles Morales was incredible on the PS5 with beautiful graphics and little to no load times which gives us a small taste what the PS5 is capable of. The controller is probably my favorite part as it truly is next gen. Astro’s Playroom demos the PS5 controller’s full potential and I was blown away! I love my PS5 and can’t wait for all the up and coming titles!

Awesome system. I have both this and the new Xbox series x and I have to say I gravitate to the PlayStation more than the Xbox. Both great consoles but this PlayStation is amazing! It was very hard to get, annoying at times but it was well worth it. The digital version is nice, not many people use discs anymore. It’s nice being able to download a game right from the store. Instead of having to go buy a game then get home and still have to download it.

Best gaming console I’ve ever owned. Was glad to be able to get me one. BB is one of the few stores that allows non bundles. This one I was able to avoid having to subscribe to TT. The haptic feedback on the controllers gives an immersed feel for the games and actions being carried out during gameplay. So far all the games that I’ve got for the console are amazing stories, graphics, & experience

Awesome next gen console!!! Love the feel of the new controller and fresh new tech in the controller. It’s so immersive to play a game. I hope we get a PlayStation 6 with even more innovation. Unlike Xbox who just recycles the same product oh and I have always owned Xbox for those of u out there. Sonys design and features killed it. Xbox is fitting with there box and old controller invest in PS5!!!

After playing through Miles Morales, I must say the PS5 is fantastic. I think I the killer feature in this generation is the absurdly fast load times. They are next to nothing compared to last gen hardware. The other big improvement is the controller. I’ve never been a huge fan of Sony’s layout and design, and preferred Microsoft’s take more. However this time I’m loving how the new controller fits in my hand. If you can snag one of these consoles don’t hesitate.

It is a giant pain to get your hands on one of these. There should be a better system of how Best Buy releases them. I’m not terribly impressed with the PS5 versus my PS4. to be honest same thing just new. This system is huge and very heavy. I enjoy the details on the controller though. Is it worth it? Not sure. With the difficulty of getting a PS5, doesn’t seem like it’s too necessary because most people will stick with a ps4.

Bought this to move up to the next generation, after owning a PS3 and PS4. So far, all of my PS4 games seem to work just fine with it. The new controller capabilities are pretty neat, though it seems to need charging more often. The HDMI connection works fine (I don't even have 4K yet) through a ZettaGuard 5x1 HDMI switch and my Denon receiver to my TV purchased in 2019. I just wish the PS5 was not quite so big.

Bad Crashes in games like Miles Morales UI is worse than the PS4 External storage for PS4 games is very buggy It's big and ugly Limited storage space Good The games look great The controller feels great The PS5 needs a lot of work to live up to the PS4.
