Amazing purchase and everything was exactly as they described. Bestbuy is the best buy!

The future of gaming! Have only played one dedicated PS5 game which was Ratchet and Clank and it looked beautiful. Excited for what is to come as more PS5 exclusive titles come out. The new controllers are nice and vibrate well. Wish the controllers were still black. Out of box easy to set up and use. Is much bigger than old playstations but looks are growing on me. If you can get hands on one I would recommend.

Great steak when it first came out. Best Buy allowed me to get this during the pandemic. I love Best Buy!

Amazing gaming system always top performing love playing it

Coming from a launch model PlayStation 4, this is leaps and bounds ahead of where I was at. Although the games aren’t quite there yet they will catch up and in the meantime I can play all of my favorite PlayStation 4 games with backwards compatibility. The console itself is blazing fast with load times that are just leaps and bounds ahead of anything that I’ve seen before. Old PlayStation 4 games run great on this console. with much better performance.

It was challenging to get (4 hours of hitting refresh plus 30 minutes to checkout), but Best Buy came through. It was actually ready for pickup a day earlier than estimated. Been using it for a couple weeks now and it is a nice upgrade from the PS4 Pro. Every PS4 game I've tried has worked, with smoother performance than before. And the new controller is outstanding. In you're in the hunt for one, good luck. You'll really enjoy it when you get it.

I love this product but the storage is too small. you need to buy additional storage after just a few games

Purchased two at Christmas for my son's. They are extremely pleased with the purchase. The quality is far more better than the past PS . I think we owned everyone thus far. I was surprised how large the console is compared to last ones. But as my tech sons explained they actually built this one correct with two fans and a lot of high quality in it. So according to them if you haven't snagged one of these yet keep trying because you are missing out!

I love it! Great system and runs really smooth. The graphics looks great and I love the new controller.

We were able to score one of these for Christmas for our son. The pickup process was super easy and they had it out to our car within 20 minutes on a busy close to Christmas shopping day. My son loves it and says its way better than the PS4. I don't really play it, but just watching him every so often the graphics and gameplay look fantastic. It looks like a movie at times. If any problems arrive I will update this review but looks great.

Excellent next gen console. Huge leap from the PS4. Lucky to have gotten one. Runs quiet and smooth.

I got it as a gift for myself and i love it! The controller is so cool. My favorite console to play on by far.

I really enjoyed this system. I love the Spider-Man Miles Morales game for this system it is excellent and very fun. The graphics are amazing and to feel of the controller is excellent. The only thing that I would improve on is actually getting one terabyte of memory because that 800 is enough.

It is extremely large, but surprisingly just as quiet and performance is leagues ahead of its predecessor.

I was really surprised I was able to grab one of these. I sat on my couch waiting for the drop on best buy and got lucky! Pick up was easy too. Over a year later and I still love this system. It's easy to use, sleek and stylish. I do miss being able to set themes on my system but I have been able to push that aside. I use it for everything, streaming and gaming.

Great system just wish it came with more onboard storage as the games can be very large in size.

After months of searching and trying, I was finally able to order my PS5 from Best Buy thanks to the total tech membership, which will give 2 years of monthly Geek Squad warranty on the console. Not a bad deal, so if you will be buying several items, total tech is definitely worth it. Oh, and the PS5 is awesome by the way, the graphics and the haptic vibration feedback on the controllers are the best!

I love my ps5. Its fast, games look good, and the dualsence is the best controller if I do say so myself.

Being one of the lucky ones to snagged on day launch day I want to say I am very satisfied so far with my purchase. It’s pretty much everything I expected to be and they haven’t fell short of anything Sony has announced. Loads times are insane, audio quality is great even with standard earphones, graphics are amazing and we’re only at the beginning of everything! Things will get better and it’s already off to a great start, 5 star product for me!
