Incredible Console!! I have owned the system for about a year and have not had any issues with the console

Load times are insane. Controller is next level. Games look and play great, especially performance mode. UI is a big improvement over the PS4. Definitely next-gen and worth it.

Enjoying the little time I've been getting with my PS5. Even though I've been playing mostly PS4 games. Cyberpunk will be refunded til PS5 version comes out. Anxious for 2021!

I have had my ps5 for months now and it is absolutely the best! The graphics are amazing especially if you have a 4K tv or better.

Fast loading PS5 games, upgrades my past gen games including specks and performance. The system receives a better wifi signal this time around, very helpful in online games.

Trying to get rid of discs and extra media and crap all over the house. Digital only and $100 less, yes please. Pairs great with lg cx 120hz. Games look amazing

It’s the best system hands down , but not sure if I’ll buy any item threw Best Buy again .. the PS5 box was damaged during shipment .. the system seems too be fine though

Incredible next-gen console! The PS5 has taken what I have loved about Playstation and truly elevated it to where we once only dreamed that games and consoles would be like. The current games are fantastic, but what I’m truly excited for are the next-gen only games that will be built to take full advantage of the PS5. The DualSense controller will make games even more immersive! The only thing I would critique for the DualSense is that even with clean hands, the white handles show grime. Excited for different color variations that Sony will hopefully introduce in the future. 100% recommended the PS5!

Where do I begin? This unit is top notch, best of the best. And as soon as the implicate the NVMe slot it will be 100x better in my humble opinion. The R&D on the DualSense controller is God-Level. Sony’s aesthetics team is the same status as well. The look and feel and the small design perks of the unit and it’s accessories, the micro X’s O’s ▪️‘s and triangles on the belly of the controller. The variable frequency motors on the haptics and the triggers. It’s literally “Next-Gen” quality and I can NOT wait to see what they have in store for future handhelds and the 6th gen PlayStation. Faster load times, better quality graphics and doesn’t sound like a jet engine when loading games like it’s predecessor. PS5 is overall better than the PS4.

I was lucky enough to get a day 1 preorder in for the PS5 in September. Fantastic next generation console, miles better than the PS4 before it. Being an avid PC gamer, the PS5 is incredibly powerful, quiet, and finally brings high FPS gaming to the console world. Disc drive was noisy at first, but the issue has subsided over time (likely due to being a day 1 launch model). If you can get your hands on one, do it!

Best gaming console there is if you can get your hands on one. That disc drive will come in handy soon once more games release and your storage begins to fill.

I love the PS5!!!!! Have had no issues with it. The graphics are amazing. So glad that purchase was made. It was worth staying up all night waiting for it to drop.

The online preorder was a catastrophe! Site crashes, vanishing shopping carts, everything you have heard was true. After somehow securing a unit for launch day, I am almost completely satisfied with my product. My only complaint is that the X button on the controller was sticky, I ended up just buying a second controller. As far as how BB handled my pick up and customer service, 5 out of 5! It had been a long time since I went to a BB and things had surely changed since I was there last, for the better in my opinion. As far as rating the PS5, it's an amazing machine! A MUST BUY if you can find one
