Amazing console. The load times are fast and the games look really good! The UI is different but not bad takes some time getting used to but the console is great. The Disc version is the way to go if you want the the full experience and save space. Sony has really put next gen in this console and the new games will show it. I believe that Sony has made one of the most iconic game systems of all time. Much like the PS3 it seems like they listened to the fan. Nothing against PS4 I feel like they listened to this PS5 is no slouch. Forget the dual shock the hepatic feedback is everything. Even on PS4 games. It's just a little bit more prevalent with PS5. Get yourself one at any and all costs.

It is absolutely worth all the trouble of getting! Such amazing speed! My ps4 back then took 13 hours to download warzone whereas my ps5 took half the time! The graphics are amazing as well even on my crappy tv. The controller is the thing that amazed me the most! Walking through a sandstorm actually feels like you’re walking through a sandstorm when you’re holding the controller. Absolutely amazing!

Amazing graphics and smooth game play!! Definitely a great quiet running console. The PS5 is a bit longer/taller, depending on how you position the system, than the PS4. Best Buy did great for its launch. I waited to try to get one of these during one of their releases before Christmas. I managed to get it in my cart and what made it harder for bots to buy was the verification code the sent by email.

I can only say that as long as Sony and PlayStation continue with their exclusives, you will have a great system for videogames during the next 7+ years. It is a plus to be able to play my entire PS4 game library on the system. The PS5 is really fast and has excellent graphics for the newer games. I only hope developers take advantage of this graphics as soon as they can.

Well still hard to get at the time of this review. This was easy to setup and get going, i was able to transfer my data from my ps4 with ease and get my PS5 going no problem. The new gui took a little getting used to but i totaly love it now. Wish sony would get its act together and recomend some drive for expansion, I've filled up my drive almost to capacity already. Other than that love this consol!!!

This was purchased during the Holiday season and the bots were just ridiculous preventing actual customers looking to purchase. As usual, the Best Buy domain was able to allow me to make my purchase and pickup went through seemless as usual.

Great loading speed. Awesome look against any style room. Slim fit and doesnt take up too much space at all. Easy Setup, Controller life is great (Id buy the charging station, its great as well) I haven’t had a system in so long but really enjoying this. played it everyday since I bought it. Shout out to Best Buy for having a great Tech team to make this impossible purchase possible! Waiting on GTA

Amazing system. I've been on xbox for the last 17 years. I own both this time around and the controller on the ps5 wins the day for me. It has an amazing speaker that gives those extra small detailed in game sounds, has a mic on it as well incase you don't have a headset. The haptic feedback keep you immersed in the game. Its a fast system, really a console for the ne t generation if gamers.

The hottest Item around! Was very hard to get, but lucked up. This one was for my friend and he loves it. I have one also and its awesome! Smooth game play and crisp graphics. If you really want the full power of get a tv with HDMI 2.1 and 120hz. Good recommendation is the Q80t Samsung 65 inch tv. The Dual Sense Controller is Awesome and brings so much to the system. If you get lucky to get one, enjoy it!

If you're looking to stay competitive in the console wars, this is the armament you need. Sony has once again delivered a sleek, powerful machine capable of playing the best games in the business. That said...well, there are some things you should know. First of all, there has been a MASSIVE issue with supply shortages, bots snatching up inventory, and chip shortages halting production. It appears we are getting away from those problems, but getting your hands on a console can still be a hassle. I was fortunate that Best Buy has found a few ways around the bots and scalpers. As for the console itself, it is a LARGE machine. It is also a unique and strange shape, so check your measurements for your entertainment center. The biggest question mark on a purchase is the current lineup of games. Right now, we are at the beginning of this console generation, even a year into the launch. That means there really isn't a "killer app" to sell you on a $500 purchase. However, there are some major titles in the works coming just next year, so your wait won't be long. If you're reading a review on a PS5, you're probably gonna get one. It's a forgone conclusion. If you really want one, just be patient and persistent. Your time will come. Play carefully.

Great system! I was a huge gamer and had owned every console up to now. You cant go wrong with any of the next gen consoles. Amazing graphics but not a huge jump compared to the previous consoles and more importantly the load times are amazing! The load times was the main reaoson i wanted to upgrade. I definitely recommend if you can snag one.

Super fun playing games with this PlayStation 5. Comes with a controller, had to cop an extra to play with the homies when they come over. Overall, great purchase and amazing graphics compared to past generations. I wouldn't consider it a necessary upgrade at the moment tho. I like this better than the disc because you can save a hundred bucks and I only buy games digitally anyway.

Simply amazing display of graphics and smooth gaming. The accessibility and separation of media and games is a great addition to organize both. The notifications when downloads among others is subtle but also there with clarity to not interrupt your viewing. Loading times reduced significantly is amazing. The only possible knock on it is that it is tall and bulky. Well worth the money spent.

This is great! The load times are amazing and the ray-tracing is phenomenal. My only complaint about the PS5 is the storage (which is expandable with a memory slot but they're going to be so expensive until competitors are allowed to produce some competition). Oh, only a few games out at the moment for it but that's how it always goes for launch consoles and the few games that are out on it are awesome.
