Great costumer service when I went to pick it up no issues at all will be back again.

Digital version looks better than the disc version in my opinion. Only downside is not being able to play old PS4 games since it doesn’t have a disc drive. Overall this was a big upgrade from the Xbox One S I was playing before.

Overall the PS5 is great. Games run at a steady frame rate, load times are basically instantaneous and the controller is something you really have to feel for yourself to understand how immersive it makes the experience.

Love my ps5. Can't wait to get additional accessorys and games like the VR. Does not make a much fan sound. even for the size is relatively small.

Feels very much like “next-gen” gaming, with the beautiful and visually stunning graphics, introduction of [first-gen] ray-tracing, and gets you immersed in the games with my favourite controller now-the dual sense controller.

the system runs games great very quiet even when running big games. only downside is how much storage it has. 600gb isn’t enough to have big games nowadays. other than that the games you can have downloaded are great to play

I love the PS5. Overall it’s a great console and the little bugs that sometimes cause it to crash are getting less and less with constant updates! Amazing graphics, great download speeds, and awesome exclusives!

Wow! Been trying to get this since it was released! I was finally able to get one. I’m very impressed. Games are sharper. Graphics more life like. Things seem to load faster. Not disappointed at all! Well worth the wait.

Fantastic console thus far, can’t wait to see what the future holds! Everything runs so smooth. Pretty quiet machine. The games I’ve checked out so far look and play great. Excited for more PS4 games to get the update treatment.

What is there to say? The PS5 is virtually impossible to purchase for a reason - it's absolutely the best next-gen console. Super fast load times, an amazing controller, and support for all the old PS4 games too.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it! Runs smooth and the graphics looks great especially in the new Spider-Man game. He had a little difficulty switching his games from the ps4 to this one but it turned out fine in the end.

You really can't go wrong with the PS5. It has an expansive library that includes all (or quite nearly all) PS4 games through backwards compatibility. It has 4K output for fantastic looking games like Demon's Souls and 60fps settings for action games. The DualSense controller is in a league of its own in terms of the feedback it gives through rumble and trigger resistance as well as being quite sturdy. Over the past year and a half I haven't had a single hardware related issue and I've been playing more games than ever on it. If you can bear parting with your PS4 or PS4 Pro, I would 100% recommend trading those in for the newer model.

I was one of the fortunate few who managed to get my hands on this without having to pay a scalper. The dualsense controller is phenomenal and the console itself is very nice. Everything runs smoothly without issues so far.

This is my first ever mainline Sony Playstation console, and it's only been a great experience, easy to use, the games look great, and the console is aesthetically pleasing.

Little late to the party here but oh well. I mainly chose the digital version because it was cheaper but it is so much more convenient than having to eject and insert discs. Storage size is not very welcoming but easy SSD installation works like a charm (once you watch 3 or 4 videos on it). Controller is the best ever and load times are nearly instant. Only major complaint is the missing 8K support even though it’s plastered on the box.

Although I do game on a high end PC, PlayStation is known for their fantastic first party games. This bad boy is worth every penny! Miles looks great on it. As does Demon Souls. The controller is also amazing. Love it!

Excellent system. The controller is much more noticeable than you'd think, and raytracing is a great addition. As someone who plays most games on PC, I was very excited that some of these amazing PlayStation exclusives would have RT, as these games are already phenomenal. I'm very excited to see what a company like Naughty Dog can do with some of their exclusives on a snappy system like this. I must say the disk is worth it if you can afford the extra money. I had a digital edition on launch, but I was sad on missing out on tons of physical games deals, so I got a physical and sold my digital to a friend at cost. I also love that at least for PS4, last gen games can just be put in the disc, no questions asked. Just wish they would do the same for PS3 and PS2.

I can play old PS4 games with a graphic upgrade! It’s quite and fast! Great HDR gaming, with smooth animations that will blow you away! I also like the white panels and controller, very grownup.

PlayStation definitely didn’t disappoint with this one. Graphics are amazing the controller feels are amazing. I can only imagine what the next gen of gaming will bring. I hope they bring out VR for the ps5 as well.

Waited so long for this and it was well worth it. I don’t know how I got lucky to get one, but I did! So if you’re waiting for one just know you’re in for it. Graphics are great and the dual shock on the controller is awesome!
