Great console! Everything about it is awesome. Great feeling control and the haptic feedback I just something else. I love how the triggers give you different resistance for different guns when playing Call of Duty.

Best gaming system ever. Load times are quick. Game play is flawless. Backward compatible with PS4. Storage is a bit small so waiting for SSD availability. Everything I would expect in a next gen gaming system.

Tried for months to get one, and finally did. Everything about this console is amazing except that it is HUGE! The haptic controllers are the best. The collection of free games was a welcome surprise, too

It’s crazy how hard it is to get this product but so far haven’t played much on it other than Miles Morales but it always loads quick and love the controller. Could be smaller in weight but awesome either way

Awesome next gen console. The controller feels great in your hands, and is a great next gen revision. The triggers and rumble features are cool. The console is quite large, but very modern looking.

This is the one. I'm fortunate enough to pick up both the Playstation 5 and the Xbox series X this holiday season. The Playstation wins, hands down. I love the design of the Xbox, it's certainly a nicer console to look at - and there's no disputing its power (it's more powerful than the PS5). But after booting the Xbox up I felt like it felt like a lazy 'carry on' from the last generation. The Playstation 5 blew us away; the included astrobot game made us soon realize that both consoles are really different. I'm certain that the Xbox will grow into the next generation gaming platform but its evolution seems decidedly lazy (all power but no heart). Although, the Playstation 5 design looks large and ugly compared to the Xbox Series X.

My son loves this console!!! It is rather large but overall it’s amazing, It took a lot to get it but I was able to secure it before Christmas. The graphics are great and he hasn’t complained about any glitching.

Can't help but look at it and think "dang what a chonk". Biggest console I've ever owned but doesn't bother me one bit. Really nice design, controller is awesome. UI is a bit confusing but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Can’t express how impressed I am with the PS5! The graphics are amazing but the best new feature/component is the Dual Sense controller. Adds a new dimension to gaming. If you can find a PS5, buy it and love it!

I really feel blessed to have both of these at launch. The ps5 was harder to get due to the scalpers and limited stock thanks to Sony. I managed to get 2 series x and was able yo trade one for a ps5. As soon as you can get one, deff get one but it can wait til their restocked. Plz do NOT buy from the scalpers. Its not that serious.

This console is crazy fast! Amazing graphics! However, if you're not using at least a 4k tv, you're missing out on so much! I played it on a 1080p screen the other day, just looks like PS4 graphics with ray tracing.

As for the PS5- fantastic. Have had all ps platforms previous and once again impressed. No issues to date and this thing is super fast. Unbelievable at the 499 price point when you really look at what gets you. A computer of this speed would be 1200 plus. Now for Best Buy ..absolutely the best experience as always. Nice that the company tries to prevent scalping and bots by the extra steps to go thru. Got mine and many others have had better success than other websites. Well done best buy for thinking customer first after the initial release issues continued. Got mine back on the first drop following Christmas. Thank you and good luck to everyone still trying to beat the bots. Don’t pay the scalp price make them eat their profits.

Amazing console, it makes my ps4 pro obsolete. I can play any ps4 or ps5 title online. Only drawback is the limited storage on the internal SSD, but there is an additional slot to add an additional SSD in the future.

This console is great. Everything looks incredible, the controller feels super comfortable, and the load times are miniscule. Definitely a good investment if you're thinking of upgrading from a PS4.

This was a worthwhile upgrade from my old launch PS4. Loads games great and controller is the most premium controller I have ever had the joyous opportunity to play with. Do wish it had more storage space though.

Great console, significant improvements made over the past year with console updates. Very fast blue ray player for anyone concerned. Controller has a lot of hours on it and has only developed very minor stick drift.

Happy to finally be able to get hands on this from Best Buy. The console is BIG, but actually simpler to install than past units (love the lack of a power block). So far as happy as I'd have expected to be!

What can I say? It's an excellent console. Great performance and ssd is fast. My only complaint is that is UGLY! If you care about looks buy and XBOX Series X but if you want the best performance go with the PS5.

After a bit of a wait I finally got my hands on this! Lucky me!!!! It’s everything I imagined. I love the sleek look and the performance. Wish it had more games available but that’ll happen later.
