Received my PlayStation 5 on release day. It is a bit bigger than expected but it is working smooth and I have not had any issues.

Buggy and crashes quite a bit. Fast load times. Controller is amazing. Chat feature within ps is hit or miss. Doesn’t like my Logitech headphone that plugs into controller. Love that controller has rechargeable battery. Gets warm so don’t put inside enclosure. Thanks Best Buy for having easier way to get console than Walmart. Walmart is garbage

Pretty good console, unfortunately Best Buy's shipping practices leave a lot to be desired. Best Buy said they would ship by a November 12, but all they did was create a label in order to meet their own deadline, and then the console didn't actually ship from their warehouse until almost a week later. I had taken time off work to make sure I received this and had time to set up and use it, and that went to waste because I received the console almost a week later. Best Buy customer service was pretty lousy as well.

Finally able to get one. This is hot item for sure. Love the graphics and the fact that i don’t need physical discs.

I’m glad Best Buy had the PS5 during the Great Depression. Took me decades to snag the PS5. Thankfully Best Buy had it!!

One of the best consoles you can enjoy. I will say compared to the other consoles, the PS5 just has the best finish and the graphics are just phenomenal. Only complaint that I might have is that the fan can be a bit noisy. This is due to the high graphics that is displays when playing certain games that require a faster acceleration rate. The display to the Console it self is just beautiful. It is definitely a hard drive tower setup. Not like previous PlayStations. I will say its worth waiting for and paying the premium.

Got this as a gift for a family member and he loves it! Amazing graphics and the haptics on the controller are a plus.

It’s next gen! Great gaming, not much noise compared to the ps4. Not a fan of the all white but oh well. Thing is pretty big too!

Wow, is this thing big. When I say big, I mean huge! I have never seen a gaming console this big before and between all my family members, we have them all. That said, it runs fast and smooth. Gets 4 out of 5 stars for size and color as a black option would have been nice. Black panels coming from Sony soon, I hope? Bottom line...worth the money.

This system is amazing. Graphics look great, but what really impressed me was how fast everything loads and feels.

i was lucky to buy this. the controller are awesome. just need new games to play. using ps4 games currently. load times are awesome.
