Honestly, it'll be even better in 2022 when there's actually a library of games made for it that aren't held back by the previous generation. It does everything well from 4k displays, almost non-existant load times, streaming, and more. It's a pretty large system, too, so check dimensions to make space in/on your entertainment centers.

I can't stress enough that if you want one you shouldn't buy from resellers, but instead make them eat their loss and buy it straight from Best Buy or another reputable seller. Should something go wrong with the console, you can have confidence the problem will be solved, whereas with a reseller you have no clue if it will last longer than a week.

Similar to upgrading hardware I'm a PC. Everything is faster from loading to running old games. Would like more backward compatibility and access to previous generation titles. Does also run a bit loud every once in while but is generally incredibly quiet.
