Better than the ps4 by a mile. Graphics are far superior and the speed can’t be beat.

I have had the PS5 for a while now. The library of ps5 games isn’t great, but it runs several patched ps4 games with smoother frame rates (god of war, etc.). Besides bugs in some games, I have had no issues with my ps5. Graphical improvements and faster load times are worth the price. I’m still waiting for some truly next-gen games. The store had my order ready before it was scheduled, and curbside pickup was very easy.

PS5 with Demons soul is so amazing !!! Also love the Playroom to feel the sensation of DualSense

Finally after months of trying, I was able to secure a PS5! It helps to follow Twitter accounts of people who post live updates of a drop, and also to have all your credit card & shipping info already stored in your BestBuy account. The console is beautiful and fast and the picture is remarkable.

Great, but get the Disc Edition. Don't let the game companies take away our option to actually OWN the games we buy.

As much as one would expect a launch console to have tons of problems, this one doesn't. In fact, you can bring your entire PS4 library with you to play games on this. If you don't have a PS4, get PS+ and Sony gives you 12 of their best games from PS4 for free with the console. One thing people get concerned with is the SSD: will it live up to PC gaming? The only way I can compare is by games I play on cross-play, namely Final Fantasy XIV. It's fun to see that I load into the area faster than other people because both the GPU and SSD work well in this baby. Internet works well on it, but definitely run ethernet if you want it at max speed. The remotes don't seem to have any input lag so you can play pretty well competitively in games, and connecting headphones can be done with a wireless connection to the system (via USB, usually) or through the controller (my preferred method). You can also mute/unmute your headset through the controller and the controller has a microphone and a speaker so you don't even need a headset (I suggest a headset for clarity though). The only thing I can think of as a problem on this is the switcher which is supposed to let you switch near seamlessly between games and apps, but it in fact just re-opens the app back to the starting menu when you use it. It's pretty disappointing since the Series X/S can run that function pretty smoothly.

Great product and a big upgrade from the PS4. Load screens are much faster.

I’m enjoying my Ps5, haven’t experienced ANY of the issues reported by others. Very happy that I was able to get one. Definitely will be a returning customer. Just bought an Apple Watch series 6 from you guys. Wanted to get it from you all simply because I was so happy about my Ps5 purchase.

Way hard to purchase. It took me over 2 months trying and spending WWAAYY too much time competing to blow my money on this!! Ok to the review. It works great! Its a console so not nearly as good as my gaming PC, but the best console so far IMO. Much cheaper that gaming PC and actually much easier to buy than a graphics card so tats why my kids got it. They love it, and so do their friends who come over to play.

Plays all my games very fast and the load times is the real bonus for this console generation. Plus download times, SSD's solved these problems almost 10 year ago if not more and finally getting them on console is the best part. The FPS and resolutions are cool, but for somebody who values their time greatly I just cannot justify any older consoles aside for retro purposes.

Love it since November. Overall easy to use console , doesn’t freeze nor act up. Love it
